I was towed from an area that didnt have a sign. I tried to call this to the attention of the person working, and she had no desire to listen. I requested that signs be put up to prevent others from being towed and she threatened to have the cops called on me. She threatened to have my car towed again and she threatened to not release my car because I asked questions. She told me if I wouldve just paid the money, I would have received good customer service. But since I had questions about why my car was towed, I was getting poor customer service. This company steals money and plans to continue doing this.

I have had multiple loaner cars from my car company. I have lived at my residence for 3 months. My most previous loaner I had for 4 weeks, and even left t** parked for four days over the FOURTH OF JULY weekend. I parked my vehicle in the same spot it has been parked the last month at 820pm and awake at 4am. According to my invoice my vehicle was towed at 3:12AM. I arrived to get my car released at 8:55AM. WYATTS TOWING charged me a mileage fee of $52, hook up fee up $228.01, storage for less than 5 HOURS $10.95 and $75.00 for a notification fee, whom did they notify? I also had to pay to get myself there ad had to ask to borrow funds as i was informed upon arrival my fee was $366???!! I cannot even afford rent this month and went negative getting a vehicle back that has been parked in the same spot for weeks now. Wyatts towing is full of crooks and scouts cars. I awoke at 4am, 45 MIN UTES BEFORE HAND and my dog would have barked had she heard towing. I am disgusted and wish I could give 0 stars. CANCEL WYATTS TOWING

Zero stars is more like it. These predators HAVE to be stopped. I pay $98/month to park my 2 vehicles at my apartment complex. Wyatts towed, OF COURSE, at 10 pm on a Saturday because they charge more for the weekend. Park M, their partners in crime, are closed on Sunday so I could not have a conversation with them.Predators, predators, predators HAVE TO BE STOPPED!

A new law was supposed to revamp ********* towing industry. Lawmakers say Wyatts Towing is flouting it.... June 3rd 2023 ************ They are a predatory company run by people who use the fact that they are holding your vehicle for ****** to ****** and dime you. My vehicle was towed incorrectly by incompetent tow truck driver, did not use proper equipment and I always put on my emergency brake. Most vehicles will not be able to be towed with the parking brake on. Doing so will generally cause severe damage to the car if it can be towed at all. They did access my car and left hazards on then when my car wouldn't start they said they would jump it. Only to find out it's a $65.00 charge to jump my car. The original tow took place as my permit expired two mins before it was towed. So again predatory as they were waiting for it. They never contacted the owner aka me, charged me the admin ad well as charge over what house bill ****** reflects as a hookup fee. After alot of static and asking if another unfortunate soul to jump my car so I could escape that h*** That is not allowed as they rushed out to tell me and the gentleman as how eill they ***** you for more money. Again after some static a tall phallus looking tow driver came out to act like a Neanderthal and even threaten violence against me, which I never threatened anyone. Stating why don't we go on the otherside of the gate. Threat if I ever heard one, but I finally played his game and tho he didn't have to, finally he towed me outta of the lot. And left it right outside, still dead due to their incompetence as I have a receipt for a battery for my car from two months ago..... so only they could have killed it. I no longer have the ability to lock my steering wheel since the proper equipment was not used as well as I could imagine more damage to the steering as the tires were so far to the right when I arrived. They also run the monopoly on towing and have the lowest rating for a tow company, go figure!

These people are actual criminals. What they're doing is called theft. They towed our vehicle from a complex we've lived at for a year, parking fee paid, receipt to prove it. They not only STILL charged $375 but of course made my wife late to work, she has a job ACTUALLY helping people being a nurse and her being late because of these predators caused others to suffer. Are there not laws? This took HOURS out of my day, trying to find my vehicle and then dragging a screaming infant along for the process. Here's the exchange with their representative:Me: Did you tow my vehicle Them: Yeah, you didn't have a permit Me: Actually I do, and I have a receipt to prove it Them: That ain't our problem! Really? It ain't? Because towing a car that's legally parked isn't called towing, it's called theft. You committed a crime and then charged me for it. The smug disregard you have for people will serve you well in jail.

I parked my car at my apartment 6/10/2023 at 8:20pm and when I woke up in the morning my car had been towed by Wyatts Towing. When I called them I was told it was because I dont have a parking permit. The problem with that is that online you cant even apply for a permit and our contract has nothing about purchasing a permit. Also in ******** you have to give 24 hour notice before towing someones car and I never got a notice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a complete joke!!!! I was visiting my parents at their apartment complex for dinner. We arrived at 5pm, went to leave at 7:35pm and our car was gone. Per my parent leasing agreements and communication from their leasing office, visitors only need a parking pass from the hours of 9pm-7am. They towed our car at 7:20PM!!! Tried calling into their office was on hold for over 3 hours. (I was caller 10 in line) Then when I went to collect my car they tried to tell me it was because I wasn't parked in the guest parking lot. Yes I was, I have visited my parents hundreds of times before this event staying several hours long and have never had any problems and always park in the same location/spot. They refused to not charge me, argued that I was parked incorrectly, told me they couldn't do anything and to report them. I will report you on every platform I can find. $500 later (mind you they had it less then 24 hours) I took a good look at my car, there is severe damage to both bumpers on their undersides, it looks like they dragged my car off its parking space. Paint is lifting up, huge scrapes that you can tell was because it was drug across the pavement. The guy behind the counter started screaming at me, but then could not furnish any pictures that show they didn't cause the damage. All their before pictures have no damage. This is predatory towing, scam artists.

Im going to file on the apartment complex and towing company! Things like this must come to an end in todays economy ! It cost me $620. No signs, no warning, and the tenant was never informed of this predatory practice!
