    We have only one short term rental. It's a weekend home we have owned for 40 years and don't use as much as we had in the past. We decided to rent the upstairs only, so that we could stay there when we wished. Evolve was easy to work with and understood our concerns. They took great photos, wrote the text and provided wonderful assistance for all aspects of transferring our property to short term rental. It's easy to reach them and they respond to every request.

    We had a great experience. Actually arrived in town earlier than expected and we were able to occupy a little bit earlier than planned.The house was good and the neighborhood was great! We had a quiet, relaxed visit, just what we needed.

    We've used Evolve as our online property management company for six years now. I was spending so much time trying to manage online bookings, payments, communication with customers, etc all from overseas, and ********************** took all of that off my plate. We still had to find our own housekeeper and property manager on site, but Evolve can help some with that too if needed. The pictures they took of our property are very professional, and they were quick to retake photos when I felt that certain aspects of our property weren't highlighted well enough. They are quick to respond whenever I have a change I'd like to make, have a question and/or a complaint. I have recommended them to one other friend who has a vacation property, and she's been happy with them too. We plan to continue using Evolve, and I would totally recommend them to other property owners.

    I launced my first Short Term/Mid Term rental with Evolve after doing my own research. I'm happy that I did so and recommended that my Cousin (Owns Short Term Rental) give them a try as well. Three years later we are still with Evolve. For me personally, I'm grateful for Evolve's support in marketing, Professional picture taking and reimbrusement for the occasional damage to my place. Evolves communication with inquiries is thourough, timely and spot on. I've received lots of support in choosing service vendors, pricing my Unit and I enjoy the ability to flex my calendar availability as my needs evolve. I've recommended Evolve to other Hosts/Owners and will continue to do so.

    I can't say enough good things about my experience as a first-time host with Evolve. They have supported me every step of the way to make sure the experience is top-notch for my guests and we have nothing but 5-Star reviews! I do not think I could have done nearly as well for my guests had I used another company or tried doing this on my own.

    Tried to use this property as a rental owner. *****. Communication was poor, goal post kept being moved for how to get the property listed. Wasted time and money, spend the extra money and hire someone else.

    HORRIBLE! The room had NO hot water - I was told by '***' (who was useless in regard to helping with getting it fixed) that the problem began the day prior but yet they seemed surprised when we called to ***ort the issue. I did advise *** that we had a funeral and a family situation that we needed to p***are for - no relief. I then advised *** that out legal *** will be notified if they couldn't rectifynor refund our monies. *** actually called me back YELLING/SCREAMING at me because I gave him the heads up re: atty. *** I am getting continuous harassing emails from a person undern4 names (- ***, ******, *******) - don't know who I am talking wiyh and do not care I am now having to block her and her continual harrassment.Beyond the harassment- the room was disgusting and I believe possibly dangerous. No hot water, the floor seemed to have holes that were covered but you sank in and wobbled in many places. Electrical plates/switches were loosely plastered to the walls and their definition of "Clean" is quite different from mine. The bathrm was disgusting as were most all surfaces in the room.Stay away from this company! Beyond their taking your money while knowingly not providing a safe, reliable "product", the individuals that 'run' the company begin harassing communication when called out about their lack of providing a safe environment.

    We booked a property with Evolve in November 2023. There was a festival which we bought tickets for and purchased our airfare. In April 2024 they let us know they were cancelling our reservation. I believe this was due to the fact that they wanted to get a higher rate as occupancy levels soared and available places reduced. Very poor customer experience - will not work with them again.

We understand how upsetting this must have been, especially with your travel plans and festival tickets already in place. While cancellations are rare, owners do reserve the right to cancel under certain circumstances. In this case, the owner informed us they were no longer able to host.

    We also want to assure you that Evolve is committed to transparency in our bookings and pricing. Our goal is always to provide a fair and reliable experience for our guests and we do not support cancellations made for the purpose of increasing rates.

    ********************************************Rental Dates 3/23/25 - 3/29/25**Ripped/missing pool lanai screens that allowed insects to enter the pool area and ruin our vacation. Broken shade for the sliding door that wouldn't open or close and always had a string hanging in the way. Broken dishwasher, stained furniture, stained carpets, unsafe garage door that doesn't lock, and a security pad that had a low battery and went off in the middle of the night scaring everyone in the house.This is unacceptable. The ad for the house we rented was VERY misleading, had we not paid in full upfront and had other options on short notice, we would have left and stayed at a better place.Because of the deception I will definitely not recommend renting with evolve to anyone so that other potential future renters don't waste their money and have their vacation ruined as we did.This was a terrible experience and Evolve should be ashamed to help rent out homes like this. I gave evolve a chance over ****** and Vrbo and I was taken advantage of. I should've received at least a partial refund but Evolve's customer service was of no help. I know for a fact that the other two rental service companies would've done what's right.

The owner provided documentation confirming the pool was professionally serviced on your check-in day, and that the home was cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Since no issues were reported during your stay, we werent given the opportunity to address them at the time.
