5 starsHad windows installed in January 2025. Had a great experience with the Salesman ***** *******. Was very professional and not pushy at all. ***** ****** was the installer, and he did a fantastic job. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. Our experience with *Windows by Anderson* was outstanding from start to finish. ***** *****, our sales representative, did an excellent job providing all the information we needed to make an informed and confident decision. The installation team, ******* and ******, exceeded expectations with their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. They worked quickly, demonstrated how the product functioned after installation, and left the area spotless. It was truly a fabulous experience, and we couldnt be more pleased. 1 starThis person named ** ***** representative works for renewal by Anderson of Denver Colorado. He came to my house in Colorado Springs Colorado. To sell me windows it was four windows. He stated that I would only pay for the windows he did not mention installing fee. Plus there was a death in my family that delayed the installation and I went over a year of instillation. So he called me and said I need to open a new loan because the other loan I had already expired. So that loan I found out did not expire Im having to pay two loans.
