      After multiple in house service visits to replace faulty equipment we have still had issues with our service going out multiple times daily for several months. Our family relies on internet for both work and higher education and have lost immeasurable amount of time and money due to outages. To further our disappointment one of their faulty boxes shorted out one of our televisions and wow refuses to send out a technician until over a week from the time of writing. The only compensation that was offered was a $30 account credit for a $600 tv. The behavior of this company is completely unacceptable and I pity anyone that subscribes to their services. The world would be a better place if this company did not exist

      Called and closed my accountant with an agent the agent then spoke to my roommate who wanted to switch my account to him was able to set up services and use the equipment . They sent me a bill for unreturned equipment that I was no longer responsible for that was sent to my credit report. Shady business practices

      ************** was having problems with my cable service. Wow convinced me that my equipment was old and needed updating so I agreed to allow them to switch out my old boxes on Aug. 14,2022 Ever since that day my internet service has been freezing. After calling several times a Tech came out to fix the problem but he only made it worse. When he left I had no cable, internet or phone. He promised to get his supervisor to get things fixed. They both had no luck. They said they would call the next day. No one called. I have called then at least 5 times since. They want me to wait another week for another tech. I have paid on time for 20 years. This is the thanks I get. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfactory! I am done!

      While their customer service folks are very nice, their ability to understand why something is not working per a customers request is zero (0). They promise, assure, guarantee they will be able to address you needs and likely many/most cases they can. Except for mine. Someone in the management layer needed to be involved but I only to a manager on the phone twice of the 9 phones calls. The managers promised, assured, guaratees my need woudl be addressed ... nope. Finally literally 10 phones calls, NO ONE could tell me how to return equipment from out-of-state and they all promised they personally had resolved the issue. Their equipment return process is horribly broken and their customer service people (as nice as they are) are inept in some situations like this. I hope to never do business with this company again. I will avoid them at any cost.

      Right after Hurricane ******* we moved out of our damaged apt to a home. never late and nothing owed. to move you have to make sure your **** is paid in full. had service set -up and done within a month. The gentleman that came, said he could not take box. No issue, they gave us a box (already stamped) to send back. they received it. The following year I checked my free credit report, and THEY have a large balance of____ showing from this *** Mind YOU, I am still with them; I pay every time, on auto pay. I called and emailed them. contacted for 2 years with 'We will take care of this.' on my 5th phone with **, the ** rep said You disconnect your service, "NO! I DID NOT!" she said, she can see that, and she would help. placed me on hold for the 100th time and hung up. I also have a verification email stating I DO NOT OWE, because I know, we all know, those calls MEAN nothing. I wouldn't normally sweat it. but my score went from 800 to 600. it's the ONLY negative thing on my credit. This has to stop everyone on my media said they had the same issues with same ***
