      ********************* have been having issues with my internet service for 2 months now. Every time I call, I'm placed on hold for 30+ minutes. I've been impatient and hung up but this Sunday I was patient. Every 2 minutes my streaming devices start skipping. They proceed to say it's a problem in the area and they are not sure when it will be fixed. So, I asked the question, "So, you all didn't think to contact the customers to let them know?'" But yet charging me $ 89 monthly and knowing that the service is not up to part. Just to agree with everyone else-SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

      Crooks! Thieves! Liars! Willfully deceptive to their customers. I upgraded to their GB internet and bought my own modem/router combo from their list of approved devices. Upon activation, started experiencing connection issues on a regular basis. Fast forward to nearly a month later: WOW and Arris (manufacturer of the modem/router in question) both seem to agree that there is an issue with my sustained connectivity. However, each of them puts the onus of rectification on the other at the expense of the customer (me). Neither will admit any wrongdoing or negligence, neither will offer any assistance unless I'm willing to pay even more money on top of what I've already paid/continue to pay. There is no resolution, I simply made the wrong choice by purchasing my own modem/router instead of leasing one from ********** up - they "cannot" do anything to or about a modem/router that they don't own and lease to you. If you own the hardware, it's your problem. Note, there is no proprietary difference between a router owned by the customer and one owned and leased to the customer by WOW, but according to them they are "not able" to overcome that "difference" and "fix anything". I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Avoid if at all possible, for your sake.

      We are a business and have spent countless hours on the phone for the last 8-9 months trying to get the bill straightened out through their customer service phone numbers. This company has the worst customer service we've ever encountered. They have no professional integrity for customer satisfaction. Of course since covid they have not (and probably will never) reopened the office for walk-in customer service. Walk-in customer service used to be good at resolving any type of issues. Anyway, now they will send us in a circle going from ***** to ***** without ever getting the issues fixed. We are sent from rep to rep to rep continually for hours and no-one has the authority to fix anything. Occasionally a rep has spent time with sincere understanding attempting to resolve but they inevitably end up submitting an "Escalations" ticket. We've had numerous ******************* tickets submitted. Supposedly that means a rep with knowledge and authority will call you back within ***** hours and stay on the phone until the customer's account and questions are satisfactorily resolved. They never call. We finally canceled our service with "Wow" Dec. 2022. Now we've received a billing statement as if we're still a customer. There is no acknowledgement of the account being canceled or closed and this is a final bill. Nothing to indicate we're no longer a customer. We strongly recommend never doing business with this company, stay away from this company by all means necessary.

      I highly recommend that you not use WOW Cable for your service. If there is an issue with their services you will spend hours over several days trying to resolve the problem with technicians outside of ******* with limited resources and experience. They will refuse all requests to be connected to a *** representative. They will refuse all requests to put a supervisor on the phone.WOW should and must do better.****

      Outages several times per month, billing issues, and condescending costumer service representatives plague this company. Over the last four months, I have spent countless hours on the phone with Technical support and their billing department. This last phone call, the representative asked me about the billing issues, and then proceeded to condescendingly Tell me that I had called to get the billing issue fixed several days earlier. I proceeded to end the call very abruptly as my blood pressure was through the roof and I just about had smoke coming out of my ears! This is the most incompetentlyrun company I have ever done business with. You could get better Internet on the moon! Avoid them like the plague.

      Dishonest thieves. Tried to cancel service 3 times. Had to get ugly 3rd time because they would not cancel it after almost $500 of automatic bank charges after 5 months of not living in their service area. They promised twice to call me back after checking on the credit refund. Never heard from them. Asked for supervisor and they would not allow because they did not have time but said they were listening to call. I said they had the time because they were listening. Then he said he was canceling the account. Wonder if I will ever get my money back and if the account was really canceled. Careful with them!

      The did call back this time. Offered 1/3 of what they owe me. They said I had several cable boxes and a modem. I only hD internet service and no cable TV. They said I would get a credit once returned. I told them that if they sent me a repaid shipping box for the modem and credited my funds that I would return the modem. They verified I only had internet but said I needed to return item I never had. What a scam they have going on. I'm so disappointed in this company. Stay away.

      They have drop off areas for their equipment that are unmanned. They lose your equipment, tell you you didnt return it, and then they put a fraudulent claim on your credit score to extort you into paying them for their lost equipment and their fee. They will send you into loops on the phone. I wasted two months trying to get them to solve this issue, to no avail. I was forced to pay for their mistake with my credit card held hostage. Robbers without guns is what they are.

      They double charged us 3 months in a row, and insist we are still missing a payment. We have all our statements from WOW!, and my bank statements to show we paid all bills. The customer service reps began to get aggressive and say we didn't know what we are talking about. After our call, they began to delete all of our payment history on their website, and send us new statements. The new statements make no sense, and still show no missed payments. I have cancelled the service, but getting our money back will have to done through bank disputes.

      I was under the impression you were a top notch company, I was mistaken. You are currently charging me for a bundle package yet you have been unable to provide a land line service for over 90 days now. You would think that you being aware that you cannot provide a service you are charging me for that there would be a credit attached to my bill, how many others are just paying their bill? Each month I get to spend an hour of my time while your customer service says let me look into that. Really

      I over paid on my wall ***************** And wow is refusing to give me a refund. This company is only in business to scam their customers. I dont think anybody should do business with Wow. And if you have wow . Disconnect your service and you will see what I mean. This is not a good company to do business with..
