      I spend more then 4k on 7/29/24 It's been more then a month and i steel haven't got all my order complete, two coffe tables steel missing and they keep telling me in two week sgoyld arrive but only pfalse promesses in very dissapointment...

      We went to the ****** location to purchase a new bedroom set for our furniture. Horrible experience. We bought a bedroom set on their grand opening and we were told we would receive it in July because it was back ordered, well its July now and we just got told we wont get receive it until October when just recently we were told by ****** that are order was complete and ready to be delivered. Horrible customer service no one knows what exactly is going on. They lie on dates. DO NOT BUY from them.

      They have had my furniture to be fixed for over 2 weeks now it's done and they have rescheduled 2 x. This is my furniture and I have to wait till it's convenient for them ? How can I file complaint or can I file report for stolen property

      Hello *****. Unfortunately, due to the Hurricane, we had to cancel all deliveries for 7/08/24, which was when you were scheduled to receive your chair back. We see that you also called in yesterday to inquire about picking your chair up yourself, which you can certainly, or we would be happy to reschedule the delivery of your chair.       I purchased a SEALY_52369161 - ULT TURKANNA KING ********************* because they had a 10 year warranty, it was the most expensive King ******** on the floor. Felt good about our purchase. We have bought many things fe American Furniture warehouse in Katy *** Never again, they are not standing behind their warranty. Sealy is not either. To pay the money we did and they have all kind of loopholes after you purchase!!! We will never shop again there or buy Sealy again. Unless your not worried about warranty a Store or brand standing behind their product go ahead

      I was a diesel tech working at AFW, it was good for a while, then we got this new manager, and good lord, hes terrible, I mean awful, he did not like me so he would find little things and write me up for them, he eventually fired me, but he turned a company that was good to work for to an absolute trash can, I would not recommend anyone work for this company, truly a disgusting place to work

      I purchased living room furniture and was informed upon purchase that one piece was on backorder and may be delivered separately, which we were ok with. The sales agent call me the Thursday before my expected delivery date and informed me that the backordered piece had been restocked and would arrive at the same time as our other items. Delivery date arrive and all I receive is the backordered piece. I reached out to AFW and was informed the remaining pieces were in ******* and could take 3 weeks, before I would receive them, WHY was I not informed of this update, as we had given our old living room furniture away and are now left without anywhere to sit. I did speak to our sales agent and he seemed to be very put off that I was calling in the first place, when he is the one that called to inform me that all furniture would be delivered in one delivery, absolutely nothing done to resolve the issue we currently have and now I feel as if we made a mistake purchasing from AFW. The lack of communication has left us without any furniture and not resolution as to when I can expect my delivery.

      We purchased a Recliner for approximately $1000 from this firm. It came with a one year warranty. five months of light use later, the chair seat padding had broken down and the chair is tilting to one side. The chair back padding has also fallen to the lower back of the chair. The company took the chair for two weeks and returned it to us in virtually the same condition. We returned it again and after another two weeks we are now getting it back and were told that there is nothing wrong and we have to accept normal wear. Sad to say it was a very confrontational discussion. So the warranty is not honored and is only 5 months. I am not requesting a refund, we just want a chair

      We purchased a living room set on 2/10/24 once it was delivered we decided it was so uncomforatble that we wanted to exchange it using the guarantee offered by AFW. We paid the restocking fee of 25% and chose a new sectional that cost almost twice as much $. We were assured by our salesman delivery in a week this was on 3/10/24. The first set was $1570.96, the second set after all their restocking fees we had to pay an additional *******. 6 weeks go by and I keep calling only to be told rude things like we don't build the furniture what do you want us to do and I'm sorry ************* is a liar, no one offered any assistance at all. Finally on 4/20 after being told 2 pieces of our sectional were on back order and may possibly be in late **** we went to the store to try and get a resolution ***** the "acting" manager told me there is only 3 things of certainty in life death, taxes and you will never get a discount at AFW! We had to change our order completely to get it delivered and be done with them, this cost us an additional ****** and increased our delivery fee, we asked ***** to split this cost with us and he basically laughed in our face and called me a liar stating no one told us ****. When I mentioned he can pull the recordings he just laughed at me. This is unacceptable behavior and we will never spend another dime in this store. No customer service, no assistance and they lied as one of the pieces I was told was on backorder until **** was actually available at the Glendale store all along. DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE! I am only leaving 1 star as nop starts isn't an option. SHAME ON YOU AFW

      My real review is 0 stars but I had to put at least 1. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a business. Not only did it take 2 hours to pick up our 3 pieces of furniture from the store yesterday morning in ******, **, we got home and after spending 2 hours putting together the frame of our kids bunk bed we realized we were given parts for 2 different beds and did not have the correct frame built for our bunk bed. I called customer service and after having to demand for a correct bed to be delivered ASAP (as they tried to say it would be 2 days) they said they could work us in for a special delivery next day. Here we are this morning and it was delivered to my mother's house 30 minutes away from me because her information was listed due to using her card for payment. A "customer service manager" named ***** contacted my mother and proceeded to say that I gave false information so therefore they can not help us, I was NEVER asked for a delivery address when speaking to customer service yesterday and I answered the phone with "my name is ******". This *************** says it is IMPOSSIBLE to get the correct bed to us today which is unacceptable and when told that it was unacceptable can not offer us anything to make it correct. EVERY SINGLE part of this was made by their people making mistakes and they are refusing to make it correct. My 6 and 4 year olds are SLEEPING ON THE ***** because they can not get us the correct bed. ***** is an understatement and I will make sure to tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE!!! When ***** was asked if she is the highest person we could speak to to resolve this her answer was "I will not argue with you". I can not fathom how this lady has made it to "customer service manager" but she needs to be removed from this position immediately.

      Purchased 8/8/23 bought a table and 8 chairs. I was promised my end chairs in one month. American sales person charged all as it was only going to take a month or less to get the chairs in. I called once it had been a month and no chairs I was told to give it another month but chairs never arrived until 11/2023. At that time a charge of ****** for end chairs came in. When I called ***** front desk manager did not even hear us out said she was the only one we could talk to and that we were wrong and would not even pull up the account. She stated that American furniture does not charge before item are delivered. I told her we paid cash for half of the purchase that day and added the rest to the card. So we did pay prior to delivery. Im not sure if I should even call American furniture back on how they talk to you like the are not even educated
