  This is a BIG JOKE, but not funny at all. I received a parking notice violation saying that I am in breach of the posted rules and use limitations of the property in #*********************** charged with $87. The signage is posted in a dark spot, if I had the intention of not paying, I will not even read that signage. I paid on line as instructed on the post, and it took me over 3 minutes to get it processed. I entered before the time indicated on the receipt, but how do they expect me to pay before entering? Were they expecting me to stop and stay on the road and cause traffic while I pay for the parking fee? The property is an open parking lot, no gates/bars, no reason for me to stop. and ****** other people. I paid $24.73 for a 2 hour parking, but they are charging me more for not paying for the correct amount of time (3 minutes earlier, and 10 min later) that the vehicle was in the property, and the fine was triple/quadruple of the original amount. Ridiculously unreasonable. I wish there is a ZERO to rate this business because they don't even deserve a 1. This is a SCAM!!!

  Absolutely awful help received from this company. They don't answer their phones, and then their payment website just loads indefinitely. The employee who's name starts with an R who presently works there threatens to come boot and seize your vehicle over a 1 hour difference in what was paid for at a parking lot in ********, and provides absolutely no help to get this resolved. HORRIBLE experience. $80 for 1 hour ... when I had already paid for 6 hours of parking. I did not mean to stay an extra hour, things happen, and now I'm being taken advantage of. This is ridiculous.

  How are they allowed to remain in business?? Followed the posted instructions in one of their parking lots to download the app and off the bat paid for an hour. Knew I would be there for a while so I tried to add time in advance but the app glitched and wouldnt let me pay for extra time. Tried again later and the app still didnt work. Got an EXPENSIVE ticket because THEIR APP was not working. Disputed it saying I tried multiple times to pay upfront but somehow it was my fault that I didnt follow the rules and pay in advance, even though there is NO signage anywhere saying this. Was able to dispute the ticket for slightly less but it took multiple tries of calling the pay center for someone to actually pick up so I could pay. Basically, they give you a ticket even if you pay and are the victim of a horrible app and won't take fault for their actions. Seems like everyone has had the same experience with this awful company.

  I paid for parking and received a "parking notice" for my trouble. Called to dispute $80 ticket and no one was even able to answer my call or even return my call. Total scam.

  I'm not sure how this business is allowed to remain open. They simply steal your money by snapping pictures of your license plate as you drive through alleys then send you tickets for unpaid parking, even when you've never pulled into a parking spot. If their cameras can see your license plate at all, you're going to get a ticket in the mail. And, of course, disputes have to be filed by mail and are simply ignored. It's legitimately criminal.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I went to ****** for a friends party and found ourselves downtown and had to find parking. Unfortunately, the parking lot we chose to park at was waiting to s**** us over. My husband went to pay, only to receive a link that didnt work. my husband was finally able to PAY for parking (please keep in mind we did pay for parking), but apparently he didnt pay fast enough, and we were sent an $80 fee. So, we pay for parking AND receive a fee for paying after the 10 minute Grace ******* that was not posted anywhere around the parking lot, due to THEIR mistake. When we receive this fee, I choose to dispute it, and they tell me they will settle for $35 FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Of course, I choose not to pay this fee. And now Im dealing with a lawyer, telling me I owe this company $80. Absolutely terrible. Its sad that people will keep parking in this parking lot and they will keep charging people $80 FOR THEIR MISTAKES.

  Absolute fraud. I never conducted any business with them nor did I ever park in their lots and they refuse to acknowledge that they charged me. ******% absolute complete fraud of a business.

  100% scam. After reading other reviews, I just hope these guys get shut down asap as theyre stealing money from people by purposely shutting down their kiosks, and sending them $80 ticket. As others have said, they refuse to work with you even when you show proof of payment or not working ... thats a simple way for them to collect more money. interesting that these guys are still in business. Complete ********.

  We parked in a lot, paid $20 for 8 hours and only used a bit over 3 hr. TEN months later we got a notice that we paid after the grace ****** and owed $80. We had to wait for another couple of people to pay and one of those was having trouble getting the machine to read her credit card. We appealed and they said we still paid after the grace ****** - but never tell us how long that is. They say if we pay in 5 days we will only owe $35 and that it will go up to the $80 if we do NOT pay. SCAM!!

  They have no proof that I PARKED there. I called them and the man literally hung up on me. He said I dont have time for this. EXCUSE ME? I am taking time out of my day to CALL YOU about a **** of $87 with evidence that I was there and YOU are getting PAID to answer me. Firstly, the signs (some of which are washed to the point that you cant even read anything on them) are misleading. The man, ******, whom I spoke with even said it himself: PARK there. I wasnt parked there for more than probably 8 minutes. I even said, the only proof they have is pics of me driving around the lot. If the street was so crowded that I couldnt even get out into the road for 5 mins, does that mean now Im trespassing and have to pay $87?? If you want to actually have solid evidence, put up signs that say exactly that you cannot even be on the lot, NOT PARKED THERE. Theyre method of tyranny is not earning them good reviews, evidently. Theres only 1-star reviews on here. This is outrageous.
