  If there was an option for 0 stars, Id take it. ******************** has been an absolute nightmare. After turning over to their solar panels, half of my home will lose power and my appliances will continuously turn on and off, until the system decides to come back on. When it initially started happening, it took 3 weeks to get a tech out here. He informed me that the system hadnt even been fully commissioned. He finished the commission and then said another tech would be out took look at everything. That was another 3 weeks ago and no one has been out. Ive called all the numbers I have with no response, sent texts and emails and no one has replied to me. What this is doing to my appliances, is going to wear them out and worse case, burn my house down because everything keeps clicking on and off. How are you, as a company, ok with treating a paying customer like this? Currently looking at the contract and seeing what course of action I have. Absolutely terrible. Ive never had this issue until I had solar installed by this company.

  I thought getting solar panels was going to be a great thing. Turns out this business doesn't finish what they start. I have called all the numbers I have for this business and they all day temporarily unavailable goodbye when I call them. I have had solar panels on my roof for months now and they never came back and finished the rest so that we could turn them on and start using them. We are now paying on our solar panels without them working as well as paying a full electricity bill every single month. It adds up to $550 and that is ridiculous! I cannot afford all of that! I cannot get ahold of anyone! I am feeling like this company is a scam and I got screwed over! Now I am locked into a $60,000 loan with a company to pay off these panels. I am furious!!

  As of 10/15/23 A rep named ***** came to my door and pitched on solar panels and saving money. Long story short, my worst experience because after purchase I received a bill from the solar supplier and was informed a lien was put on my house! I had to re-read the fine print to verify this. I was furious to say the least, I fought that because the solars are NOT worth my house. Buyer beware! Women especially, they prey on us, don't do it, run. I want my panels taken down and release from this horrible contract if possible. 3 days to make a decision that you will regret the rest of your life.

  So far this company is unreliable, deceptive, and opaque, I've been waiting four months for them to schedule an appointment for a final inspection to switch *************. They have repeatedly made excuses and now no longer answer or return phone calls. I might have to take legal action.

  I had an amazing experience with ******************** and SourceNRG. The whole process took about 30 days and I couldnt be happier. They were $35 less a month than the other companies we sat with prior and really went above and beyond to explain everything in detail as well as kept us in the loop throughout the whole project. My only piece of advice would be to ask questions, they are very knowledgeable and dont pressure you to make a decision. I will definitely be referring friends and family to them.

  At first I was aggravated somebody was bothering me on my day off, but after a brief yet impressive introduction, ******************* heavily impressed me with his knowledge and passion for his job. He was able to explain and teach me about what it is he does and what the company he represents does extremely well, I originally had zero intentions of listening to what he had to say, but his charisma and passion hooked me in. If ****** is any representation of the rest of the employees of his company, they have a very bright future!!!

  ************************* and ***************** of ********** were very helpful and informative about solar power and the permitting process involved in acquiring our own solar panels. We support the need for more renewable energy resources verses continued dependence on coal and oil/gas fuels. The installation crew was very professional and completed the installation of ten solar panels on our roof finishing the task in one day. All in all, we are pleased with Source NCR's employees so far.

  This has been an ordeal. Every time I turn around I have a new contact, it has taken a year to get my panel upgraded and the panels installed. Because of poor project management the loan terms expired after 6 months. That lead to getting the project restarted (though maybe I should have just let it go) but then it was 3 more months for the install of the panels. however the "extras" they promised have not been talked about and I tried to email my contact to only get a address not found. Seems that my rep has changed again. For sure they are making going solar harder.

  A pushy salesman from this company knocked on my door this afternoon despite a clearly posted "no soliciting sign." If a company won't honor my clearly requested privacy, why trust them with your business?
