      **********. Doesn't return my calls . spoke with *** several times about getting my solar and never got an answer or call back even though one was promise. Titan was the same way this all started in May it is mid November now .

      ***READ BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING***Going with SourceNRG had to be one of the BIGGEST mistakes we've ever made.The entire program sounded amazing. We were going to be one of the few selected to turn our home into a model home which included a few upgrades in our attic. When we got to the cost that's when things took a turn. The sales guy's entire demeanor changed. He told us that we had to decide tonight or that we would lose all the upgrades. We decided to go ahead and pull the trigger without shopping around(BIG MISTAKE). After we singed the rep was really adamant that we leave a review about the sales pitch and asked us to do it before he even left the house; he said it was one of the requirements to get the free upgrades with out program. TEN MONTHS LATER and we finally got out of that nightmare contract with SourceNRG. We thought we would be working with SourceNRG but come to find out that they're nothing more then a 3rd party just marking up everything and outsourcing it to other companies. We dealt with a company called Titan, Bright Street and something called ************ but never heard anything from someone at Source. Then they tell us that they have to add an additional $6200 to upgrade my breaker box before any of this started. We signed the first night because the rep kept bragging about their companies ****** reviews which turns out are FAKE; go look yourself! Nearly 95% of these reviews are from the sales rep pushing people to leave a review the first night before all the **** Then we decided to check pricing and I was horrified with what I found; the **** up for their system was twice as high as others; NOT KIDDING. Every other company we set with was a LOT lower then what we had been priced by Source. When we tried cancelling they told us we would have to pay $2500 to cancel which turned out to be **** as well; check your contract and you'll see its not there. I'm not saying Solar is a bad idea; just SHOP AROUND first and do your research
