      The Lifetime Warranty is a lie now. What happened to Otterbox customer service???I have purchased and used Otterbox cases for over a decade. I have never had an issue submitting a warranty request for these damaged ones that were damaged and could be replaced under the warrantylifetime warranty until this May of 2025. I have been emailing photos of my cases, receipts, etc as Otterbox requested for my online warranty since May and it is now June 27th and I still have no resolution. Their cases are expensive and the warranty is a selling point. Unfortunately the rubber or whatever it is they use on the Defender cases that offer the most protection ends up deteriorating leaving open charging portals and tathered outer shells. I have emails from 5.10.25, 5.27.25, 5.30.25, 6.7.25, 6.8.25, and 6.11.25 yet still no resolve. I sent photos of my Defender Case for my iPhone and my iPad with my initial online claim. I sent more photos of my iPhone case that tore apart more just having to take it off tor the photos. I sent my iPad Defender case receipt. My last email outbound was 6.11.25 to otterbox.cs@otterbox like all the correspondences for my claim and have yet to receive a response and it is 6.27.25 today. I have asked twice that my case be escalated- No response. The lifetime warranty is a joke and you will get the run around now when trying to use it. Good luck though.

      I wanted to return a shipment. Using the link provided in my shipping confirmation email, then also from their website, I filled out several return forms, repeatedly, re-entering information, using different browsers, and refreshing the page. It kept giving me an error message: "Error: No products found with this order information." There is no phone number to call on their website, not even an inept chatbot. I filled out a contact form. I received an email saying they'd get back to me. I had to search for a phone number. I called the company number found by searching online. The gentleman who answered asked for my BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER for a return. Not acceptable. I paid for this with a credit card, of course. When I told him that I wouldn't give it to him, he said something that I didn't understand. I repeated that I would not give him a bank account number. He hung up on me. I thought that Otterbox was a decent company. I wish that I'd seen these other reviews before ordering. Apparently they don't care if they have bad reviews. This asking for a bank account number, rather than returning on a credit card, is very sus, in my opinion. ******

      Just trying to do a return of a case that messed up my screenprotector but nobody has reached out to me in days. at this point id just perfer a screen protector be sent to me for an S25 Ultra for the inconvenience.

      Their lifetime warranty is a lie. I purchased an Otterbox iPhone 15 pro max ********* protecting glass screen. Here is what Otterbox has on the product description section about their warranty Limited lifetime warranty. Hassle-free replacements for the life of your device. No receipts and no returns required.Its a big lie. The screen cracked 4 weeks after purchase and I applied for the warranty. I sent the required photo and my data. They replied that I had to take more photos - on a white background! How can you see a screen crack on a white background? You cant. We exchanged about 6 email and they told me they would not honor the warranty. I want my $9.99 warranty shipping charge back - its being processed. This used to be a good company, not anymore, it has become a scam operation. Last purchase from these scumbags - ever!

      Have used and swore by their products for years, until they failed. Quality has gone down hill and the cases dont last the life of the phone through normal use, nor do they protect the phone like they claim. Id expect a case that claims to be tough, and military grade to protect a phone from a 3 foot drop onto a smooth surface, but it doesnt. Had to replace the housing on my iPhone 14 Pro after their product failed to do less than it was advertised to.

      I filed a warranty against an autobox. It broke was told to send it and sent it and have my tracking number. Theyre lying lying and saying that they didnt get it when I have the tracking that it was delivered so I spoke to manager who said she got it but theyre going to cancel my order and not resend me another one so now Im stuck with that a case, and they wont refund me

      My wife bought a $30 cellphone case from Otterbox. It was warrantied for "Lifetime" which turns out to be defined as 7 years by them! Anyways, her case failed after 3-1/2 years and Otterbox would NOT honor the warranty. They claimed that they no longer had any cases for her ******* A50. But, if I go to Amazon.Com....the Otterbox store still has them for sale and sold over 100 in the last month!!!Instead of sending my wife a new case, they offered her a 15% discount....how totally shameful!!!This company is scamming customers and should be looked into by authorities!

      I have been an OtterBox customer for at least 10 years. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated. I am with them now. They offer a lifetime guarantee on their products. I tried for several months to get a replacement holster for my defender OtterBox. All I got was out ofstock over and over and over again. I finally gave up and bought a brand new OtterBox and holster. They somehow in their infinite wisdom, decided to change the design and I have been, having my phone fall out of the holster literally dozens of times a day since I got the new product. They need to go back to the old design or they will lose customers that have been with them forever, like me. Its pretty sad when you pay $1000 or $1500 for a phone and the product is designed to keep it safe lets it hit the ground multiple times a day. ?

      Terrible company. Said free 2 day shipping in website. They sent it ******************** instead after i ordered. Six days later it still hasn't arrived. When i reached out to customer service i was ignored. No response at all

      ************* Have owned an iPhone for 16 years and have never had a phone break. My phone shattered in an otterbox falling from my pocket to the carpeted floor. Never again. Will I buy an otterbox.
