      I ordered a replacement case under warranty and they charged me $53.44 for it. Completely ripped me off. Below is the last message I sent with details.
      "Hello, I'm writing this and asking that you forward to your management.
      I am going to take the loss on this case but wanted your company to know it has some serious problems with their warranty process.
      In summary, I bought the attached iphone 13 cover off ****** 7 months ago and you can see in the pic the rubber became separated from the case.
      I emailed customer service and was told twice to just order a replacement cover under the "self-service warranty page". So I proceeded to the page, answered the questions like "where did you order it from", "describe the problem", etc. I completed the process and thought I was done.
      1. First problem - there is a glitch in the self service warranty page. My credit card was then charged the full amount of $53.44. I called customer service earlier today and they said I must have ordered off the new product page, which I ABSOULETLY did not do.
      2. Second and the major problem. I asked customer service if they could simply reimburse my credit card for the case less shipping and handling. Like any other company would.
      No I was told. I would have to return the replacement case. Put return label on, drive to shipping company and then call them back to order a replacement cover under their warranty process. Then they would turn around and ship THE EXACT SAME CASE back to me?
      Can you hear how ridiculous that sounds to a customer and the waste of time and shipping costs for both sides?
      In the end I told the customer service rep this was unacceptable to be putting me through all this and where would it end and how much more time was I going to put into this.
      I told her I'll just keep the new case when it arrives, leave a bad review on ****** and the BBB and relay the experience to friends when we're talking about crazy stuff that's happen to us lately.

      I would NOT recommend to anyone to purchase an Otterbox smartphone case with a belt clip holster because the clip that holds the phone in the holster is so poorly designed that the phone slips out of their holster’s belt clip. I had spoke with Otterbox support complaining about the bad design of the clip that holds the phone to the holster. They sent me two belt clips for free but both were just as poor as the one I had as they all were badly designed.
      Unfortunately this past Friday evening after getting home I found the phone had slipped free of their belt clip. I immediately back tracked my walked path I took from where I got off the NYC MTA bus but phone was not there. I always look back on the bus seat to make sure I left nothing behind and I did not see anything in the area of the seat I sat in on the bus. I then used ******* “Find My iPhone” using my iPad. It showed the phone was located about 900 feet further down the road from where I got off the bus. It showed the phone it was in the middle of a parking lot in a very close small shopping center. I followed the directions to where it indicated the phone was located but after three separate attempts to find it on that cold evening I checked again at the break of dawn and still I couldn’t find the $1300 iPhone 14 Plus.
      I had been using an Otterbox case and belt clip with an iPhone 8 for five years and never did the phone come loose from the belt clip as the design was far better than the belt clip design the use for their new cases.
      I will never purchase nor do I recommend anyone out there purchase any Otterbox smartphone case with a belt clip unless you want to damage or lose your expensive smartphone.
      I found on Amazon’s website a case and belt clip plus a built in screen protector from a company Encased for much less cost than the Otterbox Defender Series iPhone 14 Plus case with their poorly design belt clip. Go to ********* website and see how much more securely their belt clip wraps around the phone.

      I purchased an Otterbox Symmetry Series Case for iPhone 12 Max. My phone slipped out of my hand, and my phone glass shattered. Otterbox company guarantees protection from drops, but this is not the case. I reached out to them, and they said they would not honor fixing my phone. However, I mentioned that this is a false advertisement for their products.

      Otterbox quality has dropped over the years. They use to be a heavy duty quality that made their name. Now their just a cheap flimsy plastic. I highly advise against putting these things on your phone. The last one I had on my case failed to hold up to it's advertisement claims. The cheap flimsy plastic began to crack after the third drop. Another one just fell apart sitting on the thing and wouldn't remain clipped together. The thin cheap plastic screen protector won't do justice to a drop. The waterproof options for the phone is laughable as the most current versions of iphone are already water proof. The tablets are not and I've tested their products and water still managed to get into the case without anything in it. Otterbox use to be 5 star reviews across the web and now they're 3.5-4 stars at best. Most of those reviews are paid or forced 5 star reviews by companies. Amazon has very tight control of their reviews and after 20% negative reviews have been reached no one else may leave a negative review.
      This product is $$ and you can buy higher quality products for much less. That actually get the job done. DO NOT BUY otterbox!

      I purchased 2 phone cases. I have always had Otterbox cases. I reached out to the customer service for case questions and they offered me a 25% discount. I called back on Sep 20th to order and they gave me a 30% discount for 2 cases and said delivery is 5 to 9 business days. Sep 20th I called back asking where my cases are and they said they were never sent. Everything was approved but they didn'tprocess the order. The representative that I spoke to offered me 2 day shipping after I expressed my dissatisfaction that they haven't been sent yet. Here it is September 26 and still no cases so I made another call to Otterbox to again find out that my cases have not been sent out or processed. At this point I asked for 2 day shipping again and the supervisor I spoke to said they cannot give me 2 day shipping because they couldn't find it being notated in the previous conversation and I stated that a good customer service supervisor would offer the 2 day shipping and/or a refund because of thisbeing almost a month to just receive my cases that should have been here weeks ago but he said he cannot do that. I told him that I did the honest thing and ordered paying full price when I could have just made a fake warranty claim and paid $6.95 for each one but again here is proof that the honest customer ends up getting screwed in the end. I told them to refund me and I will go pay full price somewhere else and they said they cannot do that until I send back the cases that they mail me but how can I do that when they do not even send them out. The supervisor just did not want to hear my conversation any longer because he said there's nothing else he can do so now I have to wait 6-10days again. Never again will I purchase otterbox products after this experience. I can't get a refund of my $90.94 or my cases.

      Otter Box no longer has phone cases for SAMSUNG A21. I was offered a discount on my next purchase within the next year. I appreciate the kindness of the representative who assisted me, but that's simply not good enough.
