5 stars******* was excellentsmart, responsible, persistent and personable. We have had an intractable a/c problem. To Allens credit, they been very responsible in trying to solve the issue. We think that ******* has succeeded. You could tell that he took it as a genuine challenge to get to the root of the problem, and we appreciate that! Sent ***** over because our AC acted up yesterday. He gave it a thorough check up and said we could do a couple things but it was so old 25 years, he would be concerned about touching it. Recommended we plan to replace it soon. No charge for the visit. I love these guys. Will use them again for sure.

This company has horrible communication. ***** came on Wednesday to fix our condenser. They had to order a part. ***** told me on Thursday last week that the part was on its way. It would be here Friday and it would get fixed that day.I had to call Allen Service about this in the late afternoon on Friday to find out the guy wasnt coming and the part wasnt even there. I guess I would have heard nothing if I didnt call. I was told that the part would arrive on Monday and it would get fixed that day. I was also told that a supervisor would get in touch with me to talk about the situation.I had to call Allen Service, again, about this in the late afternoon on Monday to find out the guy wasnt coming and the part wasnt even there. I guess I would have heard nothing if I didnt call. Sound familiar? And of course the supervisor never called.I waited on hold for a supervisor this time, ********, who had absolutely no idea about anything to do with my situation, even though ******* (who answers the phones) messaged the supervisor about this last week. They couldnt get around to me I guess.After explaining it all I was told that they would review their communication policies so mistakes like this dont happen. When I said that was all well and good for the customers to come, it helped me in no way. She then offered me a gift card for $100 off my service as a way to make this right. She didnt even know it was still under warranty and wouldnt be costing me anything. She then said I could use it on a future project. I thought it was hilarious that she thought I would ever call Allen Service to do work for me!Oh, and they still couldnt tell me when the part will arrive. I get delays happen, but as of now they cant even give me a time window.I am so disappointed that we chose to buy our HVAC system from Allen Service. We gave them thousands of dollars and they couldnt care less. Dont make the same mistake we did.Allen Service

Unfortunately, we cannot control delivery times when we order parts. We regret setting unrealistic expectations and failing to communicate when they did not arrive as planned. When we spoke on 6/17, all supply houses were closed, and I did not want to provide you with false dates for the part's arrival. I promised to give an update this morning, and I called after getting the information from our suppliers. Contact us directly to discuss this matter and work towards a suitable resolution. 5 stars***** and his learning assistant were excellent in every respect. They were both professional and personable. The knowledge and skills they demonstrated gave me complete confidence that this was going to be a job done right! They cleaned up quickly and explained everything with the new equipment. The technician, *************************, went above and beyond in every way to make sure that my AC unit was properly repaired, with excellent service and a fair price.
