5 stars***** and a new employee came to service my boiler. It only took about 30 minutes and ***** explained everything to the new man as they went along. They also replaced my thermostats while they were here and then explained all that they had done and checked. ***** was here last year and I needed a new boiler. His team spent almost 4 days here taking out the old boiler and installing and connecting everything to the new boiler. VERY tidy and had all of the rugs covered so nothing was tracked up stairs or from out in the garage where they kept all of their supplies. I've always had great service from Allen and I appreciate how quickly they respond if I do have a problem. I highly recommend this Company!Review fromJoan E

5 starsToday on April 19th ***** came out and he was great! He took care of an issue that should have been taken care of 3 days ago by the other Allen technician. He also pointed out there is water in my pan below my hot water heater which the other technician did not tell me about.***** said hed make sure the person on call would either talk to me over this weekend or on Monday.Caleb is very pleasant and thorough.Review fromJanet L

***** was knowledgeable and professional. He was very respectful of our property and our situation, finding ourselves in our eighties and not able to take care of things like we once could. The service provided by Allen Service, LLC is wonderful for folks as we age in our homes, and gives us peace of mind.
