    I love Turbo Tenant. Its easy to use, even for a non tech skilled person like me. I plan to keep using it for all my rental properties. Although the one time I emailed them about something I didn't receive a reply, that's why I gave four stars instead of 5.

    AVOID TURBOTENANT LIKE THE PLAGUE I run a legitimate HIGH QUALITY/HIGH STANDARDS property management company. We are member of the ************************************** the ******************** of *********** Property Managers, and member of various local real estate and landlords associations.I signed up for the first time this morning... Listed a single unit to test their services out... and within 20 minutes got a notification my account had been locked. I emailed customer service, which actually responded back pretty quickly and friendly. They requested documentation I was authorized to list the unit for rent. I gave them copies of my photo ID, a copy of the leasing agreement with the owner, and a copy of the legal entity certificate for my business.Got an email back from one of the "Trust and Safety" members with the reply "Hello,Thank you for reaching out to TurboTenant Customer Support. My name is *********, and I will be stepping in for Jeny today.I appreciate you taking the time to provide these verification documents. After reviewing the documents and the associated account per our security protocols, we will not be enabling your account to market your listings through TurboTenant.Regards,"No explanation..... crickets.... will not reply back to emails asking what I did wrong!... I didn't do anything!!!!... lol... this is crazy!No number to call.... No way to appeal or figure out what the reason is or where I went wrong.... Just "Bye now!"Just read other reviews all over the internet that aren't mine.... MANY similar experiences AVOID TURBOTENANT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

    Love the automatic tenant notices reminding them of requirements. The condition reports are awesome. No need to print a move in sheet anymore.

    I've had nothing but positive experiences with Turbotenant. I feel into being a landlady by accident and Turbotenant helped me with all the logistics from advertisement, to creating the lease, taking payments, etc. The interface is so easy to understand and navigate. I literally don't know what I would have done with out this application. I'm on my third year using the software and i've recommended to others, which is why I'm so shocked there are so many negative reviews.

    They and the landlords the partner with can run people around for application fees and the will not refund them if the property is unavailable when you apply. Get in contact with the landlord first

    To not have contact information on your website that actually works seems criminal. What kind of business are you running where you wont communicate with your customers. You automatically charged me a renewal fee that I did not want or ask for and there is no way for me to reach you to cancel and no way to do it on your website. No one answers phone, support email is rejected. Worst customer experience ever!
