  Turbo Tenant was a random find in my search for avenues to rent four rental units on our property literally across the street from ******************* in ************* in a very nice leafy quiet neighborhood. Units include an efficiency backyard camper, a two loft bed tiny house, a basement studio and a one bedroom top floor unit. All legal dwellings and in great shape. As anybody with brains know the rental market in ** proper is tight and expensive. So I signed up to let service market our units. Within seconds of completion my account was suspended. The next day support said verify myself. Ok I sent over ** drivers license which has subject property address, the electric bill in my name which has subject property address and a copy of the annual real property ** government tax assessment with subject property address and clearly states that I am the owner of said property. Turbo Tenant cancelled my account. Interesting I am a lawyer too and a recent Presidential candidate so stuff is all over the internet about me. Now we would never let a third party collect our rent. We would also require all tenants to inspect the apartments and execute proper procedures that would allow folks access to the property. Clearly no drugs, violence or security issues are going to happen here especially with ** cops stationed one block away 24/7. In short, Turbo Tenant is showing signs of identity theft, personal data miners and are all around extremely cloistered and incompetent on my levels. After all the housing shortage in 2024 is so sever that every available roof should be used housing our population. Finally, the ** housing code and civil rights statutes have been violated. Every biz must comply with local law and agreements, business models and personal biases are all irrelevant. Stay clear of this company if you want value, a fair deal and a roof over your head.   Total fraud. Our landlord decided to try turbotenant and sent us the link to set up an account. We deleted our accounts after turbotenant requested access to all of our accounts and banking info. To make payments without charge they would continue to have access to our banking, loan, credit lines, all of it, and would be able to share with third parties. We closed our accounts and still get invoices from our landlord through the service. While I cant be sure, I suspect and am afraid that this could be affecting our credit score. Turbotenant relinquishes responsibility and says its up to our landlord to stop sending invoices, even though it is through their platform. They bare culpability for the actions of their users.

  Terrible service. Will never be renting from a landlord that uses Turbotenant again. I've been fine to suffer through their suboptimal webpage despite its many mistakes (including a repeated charge for literally no reason on one occasion) but today they emailed me. They wanted to let me know that using my bank account to pay my rent will now incur a 2 dollar charge. They literally wrote about how they're impacted when receiving payments from tenants indicating they need more money. I will be going out of my way to avoid and recommend against this unscrupulous, pathetic business. If you insist on "pulling a ********* enjoy your slow downfall.

  They suspended and won't reactivate my account. They will not tell me why they wont reactivate my account as they are "unable to disclose specific information about why the decision was made."

  Turbo Tenant has been wonderful for me. We are renting rooms in a home we live in and the whole process has been smooth from day one! Each renter was easy to get their information into a safe place, have them fill out for a background and credit check, sign the lease, put in their information for payments, get reminders and everything. I love Turbo Tenant and so do my tenants! I recommend it to anyone and everyone I see. We've been using them for a year now and have had four different renters.

  SCAM ALERT!!!!! I sent several message to ***** *********** *******. The broken English was a big giveaway the person is probably not in the United States. Phones don't work so don't try. Please do not fill out an application unless you never want to see your money. I asked for a simple phone call and got a run around.

  Horrible, if I could leave 0 I would.
  The services its actually amazing and I loved it and I subscribed to a premium membership. To found out that the next day my account has been suspended.
  I email them to ask them what was the cause of it and what I need to do to resolve it and they ask me for some proof that I was the owner ( Which I submitted right away not once but twice ) and then I never hear back from them.
  Then I received an email that my account has been canceled too ( which I never did ) I wanted to keep the service.
  So I end up email them dozens of times asking them to tell me why my account has been suspended a canceled and literally crickets nothing.
  I also tried to reach them through their website directly and then even went through their Facebook page it's been a day and still haven't heard a thing from them.
  Don't even know why I was suspended and canceled they literally stop replying back to me.
  So sad I really like the system but I don't know the reason on why my account has been suspended and canceled by them.

  Turbo Tenant posted a listing that I had just sold as a rental on multiple sites. They not only got the property information and pictures from the local mls system but, they used my seller's name as the contact person on their response form, The phone number used was not answered but the form to respond to the listing went right back to them. I got a response for more information using my seller's name.
  I contacted my seller, the director at the local mls service, and the only contact information I could find from the company was to email their support. I was advised to file a police fraud report from the mls director as she said she has had other similar reports. I have not heard back from the inquiry I made to Turbo Tenant.

  Alls I can say is it’s bullshit the hoops u have to go thru just to try and get into a rental . And when qualifications are met simply let down with a unsupported I am unable to rent to u
