I made 2 reservations for $ 2159.64 with travel reimagine from Atlanta to Boston: 1 on February 17, 2024 and the other one March 14, 2024. They canceled them until now ,no refunds back . The worst every time I call them no answer. So i am looking for help to get my money back please.Initial Complaint

I booked a one way ticket from Show Low to Phoenix.

The airline cancelled the flight and this was a refundable ticket.
I ended up not using the ticket as the airline, Southern Express Airways is no longer serving this area.
I called the airline and they advised they cannot help me because I booked a ticket through this company.
The number to reach provided was 1-866-600-0056 and always busy.
I looked up the number online and was given 1-877-991-0813.
Shane, the person that answered the phone would not refund the ticket. He was going to charge me $125 for a cancelation fee. He was very rude and refused any other options.

In April of 2024 I purchased 2 airline tickets from what I thought was American Airlines. It was Travel Reimagine. I never got a confirmation so I called them. I was told those tickets were cancelled and I would be given a refund. So I repurchased the tickets and it was more money. I cancelled them right away. I never got my refund and now when I try to call them my call does not go through. I sent them several emails , but they do not respond.Customer Answer

I have received your letters of September 25 and October 7. I am writing to you to let you know that I have NOT heard from TravelReImagine. I am also writing to you to let you know that I have called them many many times. I cannot get through. I purchased an airline ticket from this company for Frontier Airlines on April 3. Plans were changed and on April 4 this ticket was canceled and I was assured a refund for $314.00 would be issued. Travel Reimagine was the company providing services for Inter Caribbean airlines (IC). IC canceled our flight a week before we were to leave from Puerto Rico to Tortola (BVIs). We had to pay for another flight. They owe us $924.47 for the canceled flight. Our reservation number was ********. I booked a trip for my grandson and canceled the flight. I received email correspondence that my cancelation was accepted and I would get reimbursed after to business cycles. I then called when this did not happen and again I was told it was in process. I called again and they said I would have it in 2 weeks. This did not happen. I was placed on hold and hung up on several times. I again was told 7 days. I was told this three different times. I again called back, and was told 2 days. That was 20 days ago. We cancelled a flight with this company on March 10 2024, The company emailed my husband, that's the email we used. They said that they would refund our money (465.52) for witch they took from my account. We have been calling for 5 months trying to get our refund without success. First they said it would take 2 business cycles witch is 2 months. Now we are in month 5 still no refund of our money. We have called them at least twice a month and they keep telling us 7 to 10 business days.
