I bought airline tickets from in April from a company named Travel Reimagined and they said that the flight was canceled and a reimbursement will be provided I. A month.
I sent two emails since then and they reply the following:

I accidentally click on the link to book a trip from St. John's to Edmonton on March 26, 2024. I realized right away that I booked this trip incorrectly. I contacted the company right away and they promised a refund shortly. I received confirmation of the refund along with a cancelled booking number identifying there was no cancellation fee. I have been waiting since March for a refund and it is now the end of June and still no refund. I have contacted the company several times and they either don't answer, hang up or discount my call. I have also emailed the site and received messages back that the email address is not valid. I just want a refund. Is there anyone that can help.Initial Complaint

My husband ****** ****** now deceased as of 04/24/2024, purchased two airline tickets, he became very ill and felt he wasn't going to make the trips due to his declining health. ****** ****** called and emailed Travel Reimagine and never received the refund as the company Travel Reimagine said he would receive the refund in 7 business days. My husband is dead now and I ****** ****** will keep fighting to get my husband's 731.93 back. I just want our money back; this is so sad because we have two special need children that could use the monies. Can you all at BBB please help us. I booked an airline ticket on March 10, 2024. I never received a confirmation E-ticket. I called on March 18th to see why and they said I owed more money. I asked for a refund which they said would take two billing cycles. The two cycles would be completed by April 19th. As I called back on May 4th I was told it could take up to 60 days not the 14 to 28 business days originally. I called again on June 4th and was told that the procedure was complete and I should receive my refund in 7-14 days. I called again today June 25th and was told now they will need to send a check. I asked for them to verify my address and he said that could not be done and the billing department would contact me. He then hung up on me. I just want the refund of what I paid. I had to purchase another ticket for that trip directly through Spirit Airlines.

I was looking for cheap flights to Florida on 5/1/2024. I found a flight through ****** ******* for around $400 for 3 people( unheard of I know!) I jumped to book the flight for departing 5/10 and return 5/12. I got a confirmation email immediately but the flights were showing departure 5/8 and return 5/14. I called the customer service number from the email and realized I didn’t actually book my flight with Spirit but with a travel agency called Travel ReImagine. The person I spoke with was very helpful, he tried to help me find a flight with another airline but everything was almost 2,000 for that date. I asked him to just cancel my reservation and refund me my money. He said since I called so quickly I hadn’t even been charged yet, he claimed to cancel the flight and said I would not be charged. I asked him for an extension number for him in case there was an issue and he gave it. (I don’t have the reference number anymore or the name of the representative). I was balancing my accounts at the end of May and saw I was charged on 5/3 for the $400 from ****** *******, I called spirit and they said since I didn’t book with them they won’t refund me. They said the flight was never canceled. I have been calling since 5/29. No one will help me, the phone rings and then hangs up. I have now reported them to the police for fraud and they told me to also report on here. My TravelReImagine Booking Ref. No.: ******** and what sucks even more is I paid for this flight with my child support card, because I used that it’s basically impossible for me to report fraud and get refunded the money. My kids and myself rely on that money every month and I had saved enough for a small trip with my kids to visit family and have now been screwed out of that money. We still went on the trip but had to drive 14 hours there and back so that money was still used that was going to be saved for the flights. So now I’m out $800 for this mini vacation.Initial Complaint

I thought I was booking on Caribbean Airlines site for two tickets to Trinidad and Tobabgo from Toronto (set to fly in Feb 2025). I hadn't received anything from the site as confirmation of flights, seats or anything. I decided to check and found that there had been problems with the website and and that the company was less than honest. I sent an email to the company and have heard nothing back and I have also filed a complaint with TICO. I hope to recover the money or some of the money. On March 22, 2024, I booked a trip from Fredericton to Toronto. Within 5 minutes, I contacted the TravelReimagine by phone to cancel it because I didn't realize that I was booking through an American site. I was told that wasn't a problem and I received an email saying that my booking had been cancelled and that they had submitted a refund request. It was mentioned that it could possibly take one or two billing cycles to reflect on my credit card.
Weeks later, I called to ask about my refund and I was told that it could take a couple of cycles again.
After two months, I called again a few times, someone picks up the phone but noone talks.
On May 15th, I sent them an email inquiring about my refund. I received an email back saying that my refund was processed and would be in my account in a few days. It was not refunded. On May 29th, I sent another email and asked that a Manager contact me. I did not receive a response.
On May 29th, I emailed them again stating that I wanted this resolved immediately and that it would be my last request, that if I didn't receive my refund within a few days I would be putting this in the hands of the law.
I , then, went online to check the reviews and saw many complaints about this Company and saw where I could report it to you.
I really hope you can help me as this is over $900.00 Canadian.

I did not hear anymore from TravelReImagine. I never did receive a refund from them.Fortunately, I did receive a refund from my payment provider.Having said that, my money was tied up for three months as I was trusting that this Company would refund my money.I, finally, contacted my payment provider and after an investigation they refunded my money.Thank you for looking into this for me. On March 11th 2024, I contacted this company to purchase a round-trip ticket from Panama City, Florida to Las Vegas, Nevada on June 16th, returning June 24th. On finding out that I had to change the return date to one day earlier I reached out to them and I was told that first my reservation had been changed so it has not been verified and that I would need to pay them over 400 more dollars to move my day up one day then. Secondly, they told me that my card had been declined. They just continually hung up on me and the last person I spoke to said that my flight had been canceled and they will send me a refund within 7 to 14 days. Upon looking on this website, I found out that a large amount of people have been scammed by the same company. So I have had to make another reservation with ********* ******** costing me an additional $740. I would like to get my money back but I would also like news of this company's actions to be made public. I told them when I spoke to them on the phone that I was not going to give up on this because it wasn't just about the money. I booked a flight through them in March. My travel day was on the 19th of April. They sent me an email just days before my flight that it’s been cancelled. No reason of why in the email. No big deal so I booked directly through the same airlines and got the same flight again. In the email they stated I would receive my refund within 21 business days. 21 days goes by and nothing. I reach out after 30 days and they respond saying my refund has been processed and within a few days it will be in my account. It’s been 2 weeks since that email. From 4/16 till today ( 6/3 ) I haven’t received my refund. It should never take this long to receive a refund nor should they be telling people when they can expect it when they can’t deliver. This business is a fraud.
