  I ordered airline tickets through TravelReImagine and found out two weeks before I was set to leave that my tickets were cancelled. They had even given me bogus flight numbers. I paid with credit card. I cancelled with them in April this year. They promised to refund my credit card. That was never done. I've been talking to them every month since. They promise every time to send me a check . Still nothing. This company is a fraud, and should be closed. Beware of doing business with them. They will take your money, and you will never get it back. They owe me over $1000.00. This is a lot of money to me. They should all be put in jail.

  I ordered tickets through them in March for travel in July. I just so happen to check with the airline and they said I do not have confirmed tickets. In fact these fraud's charged me, but then cancelled my tickets the next day. I've called our credit card company and they are trying to resolve it. And their website did not work, to report to them, or even call. You don't get a person, you get an answering service and they do not call you back. I even emailed them. I got a response finally, that way, but they said they would send me a refund and there is no refund. I definetly don't recommend them and think they should be liable for all the frustration and stress caused by this.

  I have been waiting since February for a refund that they agreed I have coming to me. They canceled a reservation and told me the only way I would receive a refund was if I rebooked with them still waiting.*************

  Not a star this place should be closed out of business because they are robbing people and someone should be in jail cause I'm totally in need of my money and they just took my money and I got no flights had to go purchase elsewhere and I'm very upset but I will be making a complaint through the court case nobody should have to go threw this.??????????cancel the business cause it's a fraud everyone please beware ????I need my money.

  I booked a flight for me and two of my friends on April 3 2024 and my total was $425.64. I never received a confirmation number and a week before my flight I called travelreimagine and was told my flight was on hold because the frontier airlines prices went up and I was told I owed $600 more to book my flight. I received my flight information and my receipt but never received my e-ticket. I checked frontier and their price went up only $60. They took the $425.64 out of my bank account. They refused to give me a refund. I want my money back. Don't ever use this company.

  Booked a flight to ****** for July in march and ended up cancelling it less than 24 hours after due to lack of communication for flight. I have all emails with confirmation of cancellation with it stating I will have a credit within 2 billing cycles. I have not received my refund and it has passed the 2 billing cycles. I call and get hung up on. I just want my credit of almost $2600 back to my card like stated.

  My Name is ***************************** please and I repeat please do not Use or inquire With there service !! I have been Robbed !! Out of Hundreds of dollars !! And have been fighting for my money Im Contacting lawyers and the Better Berau of Business!! I have tried to advocate and negotiate and give chances !!! The company plays you for stupid and treats you like your money isnt important to you !! To go the distance to getting it back !!

  I booked, purchased and confirmed a $103 flight with travelreimage. Fifteen days later, four days before travel, I received an email notice of flight cancellation. I called customer service and was told I could purchase the same flight but due to price increases that same flight would now cost $208. I told the agent my card had been charged and processed and that I want a refund. The agent told me it would be refunded in seven business days. I asked to speak to his supervisor. The agent said he would send his supervisor an email concerning my refund. I asked again to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back, spoke to another agent wanting my refund. This time I was told it would be refunded in fourteen to fifteen business days. In between my two phone calls, I received an email stating that a refund request was submitted and would be refunded back to my original form of payment. The email stated while they would make every attempt for the ticket amount to be credited back to me at the earliest, in some exceptional cases, it may take two billing cycles to reflect on my credit card statement and was signed: Kind ******** ***************** I called again wanting to speak to a supervisor. This agent said I would receive a call back which of course never happened. Due to this cancellation, my connecting flight had to be rebooked and coordinated and my trip was delayed two days. The one star rating is merely to post this review and does not adequately reflect this companys credibility. Do not use this fraudulent company!

  January- booked a cheap flight to ******* for the March break, no ticket, when contacted they stated no more seats left at that price. Contacted them numerous times regarding a refund still waiting. Rebooked flight with some difficulty, of course at an increased price, finally got confirmation number. During process another empoyee called stating he was updating our reservation, took our confirmation number and charged our credit card for another ticket. This was the worst experience dealing with a travel agency, these people blatently lie and are thieves. The agent that I dealt with was as conniving as they get. Nobody should ever use this company and I can't believe they have never had criminal charges.
