    This all started on October 15 2021 in the amount of $860.95. I have tried. Many times to communicate with the company but only through emails have I been able to. On March 8 2023 I did speak with someone finally who say I would be receiving a paper check. Today is March 28 2023 and I still have not received it. The booking # is **********. This #****** was also in the email. I am sending the emails from them as well as the ones I have sent them.All I am seeking is my refund that is due to me. I tried not to go the route but I have no choice now. Please help me get my money. Thanking you in advance.

    Booked a flight to Seattle from Indianapolis for 2/9/2023 using ****** ******** with TravelReimagine
    returning on 2/13/2023
    called and changed the return to 2/14/2023 and paid and additional $228 for the change.
    ****** ******** did not get the change as it turns out so ****** said we were a "no show" on 2/13/2023
    We had to pay $793 to leave on 2/14/2023.
    TravelReimagine did not notify ****** re the new departure date.
    We have a confirmed change from TravelReimgine for 2/14/2023 which we can forward to the BBB if needed.
    We are out the $228 we paid TravelReimagine and additional $793 we paid ****** ********.
    This Travel agency is a scam and should be closed down as a faulty business.
    The attorney general of the state should investigate this and other claims

    I used travel reimagine to purchase a airline ticket. I canceled unless that 24 hours. They said I will get a full refund within 21 days. The tickets were purchased October 3, 2022. I still haven’t received my refund. I was told I should receive on November 9, 2023, December 23, 2022 and January 31, 2023. I was told I would receive $309.20 by business check but I haven’t received anything…..just a complete runaround.

    I purchased 2 tickets on January 2, 2022 for travel from Chicago to Denver, Co June 5,2022. Booking # ********** for
    $39.56. On May 31,2023 they cancelled the flight. We had to reschedule a flight from Chicago to Denver on May 31,2023 for $597.20 for 2 tickets. Ticket # *************.
    To date, after numerous call and no return calls, I was promised a refund. That has not happened. I had to canceled the credit card for fraud and TravelReImagine assure me a check would arrive by December 24th to my home address. *** ****** ** ** ****** *** ****** To date, I have not received any refund from them.     Booked an airline flight through Travel Imagine for Dec 2022 and went to check into the flight only to discover the flight had been cancelled. I was not notified by Travel Imagine of this and called them to ask them what was going on and that I should have been contacted and refunded when they knew my flight had been cancelled. Was told that they would refund our booking amt and add $200.00 for the inconvenience. I was sent a confirmation email on this. I called back in early Jan as we never received either the refund or the $200.00. This was Jan 4th. Tried to call again today only to discover that their # seems to be disconnected. Very frustrated as I am out almost $600.00.

    May 2022 I placed an airline ticket order for 344.00 through this company. I immediately thought it was a scam after not receiving my ticket. I called and emailed to cancel this order within 24 hours I received an email back stating they would refund me in 2 billing cycles. I waited 3 cycles called back and they stated there was a problem with my cc on files and that I needed to have a written check in the mail. That was 2 months ago. This company is beyond a scam and needs to be shut down. There are NO tickets this is nothing more than a scam

    12/9/21 - Booked air line tickets in the amount of $475.16, booking #**********. Was subsequently charged on 12/12/21 on my credit card ending in ****, reference #*****************. On 5/9/22, I received an e-mail saying they have tried to contact me multiple time update changes to the 5/14/22 travel. On 5/10/22, I responded to the eamil asking them to contact me. I then called their ************** number, was only allowed to leave a message, which I did. I also went on their website & completed the contact us form online, sent a message asking them to contact me regarding this matter. I did not screenshot this message as at that time I did not know that I would need this. The only response that I received was an e-mail on 5/13/22 (the day before the flight), which stated that they have cancelled my flights and that they were going to refund in full. I waited several weeks for this refund to no avail. On 6/7/22, I disputed this charge with the credit card (CC) company. Had not heard back from the CC company & on 11/16/22 I called to inquire of the status of my dispute. Was told that I needed to complete a dispute acknowledgement form. I then submitted that form & all the applicable back up. Received a letter from CC co dated 1/18/23 stating "Our records found a credit will not be issued for the sales(s) of $475.16 for the following reason: According to our records, you entered into an agreement withe the merchant for the charge in questions. As the merchant sets the policy regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact the merchant directly for any additional questions." I have called travelreimagine .com at ************** yesterday and left a message. I then went online to find an address, I found their legal name as ******* ****** *** and call them at ************** & left a message as well. I can supply any back-up that would support this claim.

    On December 16/2022 I booked a trip through this company to puerto Vallarta. I was charged 222.96 (158.68)US on my ****.On December 30, when I called the Airline, ***** about the trip ,I was informed that my trip had been cancelled,due to non payment.     October 4. 2022, I booked 2 flights for my granddaughter & I to fly from ******* to **** on October 13,2022 coming back from **** to ******* October 16,2022. They got us a flight on ******** ********. On October 12th they canceled our flight via email & said I would have to book another flight and that they would refund my money of $795.20 within 4 - 6 weeks. As of now January 10,2023 they have NOT refunded my money. Its been well past the 4 - 6 weeks and I need my money refunded. I have called several times, but it doesn't matter what time of the day or night, they are always busy & I sit on hold forever to just end up being disconnected. I've left my name & phone number for them to call me back & they never do. I tried to chat with them on the computer BUT that will cost me more money to do so. They sure as hell wasted no time taking my money. So now I need it refunded. Please help me get my money back. I will never ever go through this place again for any thing & nobody else should either.     I purchased an airline ticket on 8/18/2022 for $1006.55 on Travel Reimagine, reference ********** On the same day, 8/18/2022, I canceled the reservation. I was informed by Travel Reimagine my reservation was canceled on 8/18/2022.

    As of 12/28/2022, I have NOT receive my refund of $1006.55.
    I have called and emailed Travel Reimagine and I keep getting the same run around; my refund is being processed to wait a few days, my complaint has been forwarded to customer care.

    I want my refund of $1006.55.
