  One of the worst companies I had to deal with, booked a trip for two to ***** for Xmas , never got are etickets,kept on saying they were coming, Got one finally and called airline and were told money was owing on the flight, flights were paid in full, kept on sending emails to them, again etickets were emailed with the name of passenger being the same on both tickets with wrong phone number, wrong credit card info, wrong date of birth, sent more emails and finally called airline again and were told reservations were cancelled by someone , so all in all, company fraudulently took my money

  Waiting on refund since August of last year keep saying they processing I have over 50 emails saying their working on it,,, who could I get in touch with that can help. Terrible experience

  I called Aborntraveler/also known as Travelreimagine, on May 2, 2022 to book 2 adult tickets on Jet Blue. My husband suggested that I call to confirm tickets. I called on Oct 11,2022 and spoke with ******. Called on Oct 13, 2022 to confirm tickets.Spoke with ****** ext ****. Oct 14 spoke with ****. ***** told me 7 to 10 business days to receive money. Still no money. Spoke with ****** and **** on Oct 26. Still no money. The reason I want my money back is because they never booked my tickets on Jet Blue. We have a cruise ship to connect with and no flight tickets. I had to put out more money because I booked tickets thru another airline. I was callling Arbontraveler . When I talked to ****** and **** and now they are saying I have to wait 28 days to get a refund. I called Travelreimagine and spoke to ***************. She said I cancelled my ticketts which is not true. I never had tickets. My bank gave me phone number and I spoke to a ***************. After all this calling and ****** I want my $846.86 back now. I had to put out more money for other tickets. I would also like to be compensated $100 for all of my time calling chasing people down for my money. Thank you for your time in this matter. ***********************

  I am traveling this wednesday 11/2 to a conference and I booked my original flight on June 28, 2022 for the exact same flight I wound up booking tonight, but my ORIGINAL flight was for $372.21 and there was an issue with the booking, so I rebooked it the SAME day, June 28.today, I got an email saying it was cancelled, and in order to go to the conference I've already paid for, I had to pay $1257.29.I would love to hear an explanation as to why I wound up having to do this.I feel like a fool that has been taken advantage of by a big company.I'm a school teacher who goes to ONE conference per year. I pay out of my own pocket annually because my district won't.and then I get- taken advantage of by this company I want to use harsher language, but I won't.I require a response. I don't want to have to start making phone calls- not that anybody in your company cares about one person.*************************************

  This group is pathetic. We have waited for their refund called 3 times, emailed and the same thing " It is in process." They need to be removed from being able to scam anybody else! They won't even allow a zero rating!!!!!

  I bought two tickets thru Travel Reimagined. They booked the seats but never paid the airline. My airline tickets were canceled. I bought these on Sept 5th I have made atleast two calls daily. They say their giving my money back but it never happens. You can't get ahold of a manager as the ones that answer tell you their passing it on to them. Why are they aloud to keep scamming people? They should be put out of business in *******. They owe me $ ******. My name is *********************.
