    My complaint is in regards to ********* 1. Slow delivery of my loan refinance payoff, causing me to pay interest on2 loans for over 30 days, and 2, the failure to issue a refund of the canceled extended warranty ($1400 premium) after requesting cancellation in early janunary 2025. (Not received at of March 21, 2025. I have been promised the refund at least 4 times after contacting both RefiJet and the warranty company. Finally, I found out that the lenders they sent my refi application to EACH pulled HARD credit inquiries (21 of them in2 weeks), almost killing our new home purchase.

    This company won't stop calling me. I checked rates online and now I am getting absolutely spammed by them, and each time they call, they use a different number, so blocking their number is ineffective. They leave the same recorded/robo voicemail.

    On 8/25/2023 Refi Jet/Yeild Solutions bought back an my auto loan from *******************************. At the time the car had been sold via the towing company that due to suspicious paperwork error sent out Lien of sale to the old owner of the 2010 ***** CRV, vehicle and not to myself or the Lien holder of the vehicle which would have been ***** ********************, After I had notified and was able to provide proof to the insurance company, a check in the amount of $11,950.00 to RefiJet/ Yield Solutions On 1/3/2024. Ive attempted to contact them several occasions and have gotten no response in this matter.

    I need the 2 inquires from 2/5/2025 removed off my report. I was told I was prequalified and they told me I was denied. Never gave me a call back like they said I was.

    I am filing a formal complaint against RefiJet due to unprofessional conduct, lack of communication, and mishandling of my personal information during my refinance inquiry.Summary of Issue:On January 16, 2025, after speaking to a representative named *****, on the phone, I successfully created an account on *********************** Client Connect portal (*******************************) after receiving an invitation email. I immediately inquired via their client portal chat about the required documents but received no response. I submitted my vehicle registration as I remember ***** saying this was a necessary document, but I never received confirmation or next steps.I followed up via email on January 17 and again on January 23, explicitly stating this was my final attempt to get a response. No one replied.I provided sensitive personal and financial information over the phone to ***** on January 16, and never heard from him again. I left him a voicemail on January 20, 2025 (MLK Day) requesting a follow-up. I never received a call back.I attempted to communicate multiple times via the client portal chat but was completely ********** email access to the portal is now locked, preventing me from checking my application status or my submitted information.This complete lack of response is unacceptable, especially given that RefiJet now has my personal and financial information, and I have no way of knowing whether my application is being processed or if my data is secure.I request that RefiJet: Immediately provide an update on my refinance application.Confirm that my personal information is secure and has not been misused.Explain why my emails, client portal messages, and voicemail were ignored.If RefiJet fails to respond promptly, I will escalate this complaint to consumer protection agencies for mishandling my sensitive data.

    We went through the entire process, they kept asking for more information and they even got my email wrong so I was unable to sign in to sign anything until they fixed it. They said my car loan would be paid in full and it never happened as of almost a month into the process. I incurred late charges from my current lender awaiting for them to release the funds. The communication was lacking, not much info was given to me when I asked, it seems as if they just flip and burn and then leaves you to deal with the problem they created. I dont recommend this company at all, find help elsewhere and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I am now stuck in limbo not knowing what is going on at all!

    Loan Payoff Delays:
    11/12/24 7:45 AM & 12:39 PM: We followed up to request proof of receipt for a past-due account on one of the vehicles.
    11/13/24 9:09 AM: We received your marriage certificate and proof of payment, submitting them to the new lender for review.
    11/22/24: The new lender confirmed they would accept proof of payment with stipulations.
    11/26/24: RouteOne indicated the loan was funding.
    12/2/24: Funding was confirmed on our end.
    12/4/24: Payoff was expedited and sent to your lender.

    After being to to stop contacting me, they continue to call 6+ times a day, relentlessly, leaving a 2 second voicemail every time. I want this company to stop calling me immediately.

    I fill out the form for auto refinance insurance but RefiJet company has been calling every SINGLE hour.if I block or ignore one number then they call me from different number. One of the *** gave me an estimate but I dont like it so I asked for estimates from different company.However, RefiJet company has been harassing me every hour. This is no way you run a business. This begs a question, why RefiJet is so greedy? Why this company doesnt understand the meaning of No? Why this company thinks harassment will let people give into their tricks. If customer doesnt want to move forward with your company then move on. Please stop calling me. You guys start calling me from 6am to 9pm and weekends toooo???? STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!

    We used RefiJet to refinance our vehicle to purchase our first home. Started the whole process on October 12th. Finally got an email Nov. 6th that funding had been approved. On Friday the *** label was created but it wasnt picked up. Today I called to check on it and it still has not been picked up for delivery. Since this has happen we are not able to close tomorrow as we were suppose to. I feel that we have been lied to by many people and it doesnt seem like anyone wants to help you. Was told tonight that we cant speak to anyone in accounting, they have to put in a ticket which takes 25 hours for someone to call back and that is if they do. I was told that in the past and no one called.

    Hello, 

    You are correct that the payoff of their previous loan took longer than our standard payoff timeline for a refinanced auto loan.  Upon receiving this complaint, we reviewed the account notes and all the recorded calls and communications with the borrower on this loan and found that while we followed our standard timeline and processes up to the point of payoff, there were delays caused due to two factors:  (1) the loan funds were transferred into our account without any accompanying information from our lender client, so we were not able to identify the loan to which it corresponded, and (2)  *** delivery was picked up on the date we disclosed to the consumer which was a Friday, but we accidentally provided the wrong tracking number to the consumer, who thought the *** pick-up was delayed. Throughout the process, we remained in close contact and provided updates.  We were ultimately able to provide proof that the old loan was paid off and the new loan was complete. 

    10/12/24           Application received from the borrower

    1023-25/24        Presented borrowers with documents and assisted the with document signing process

    10/29/24             RefiJet submitted signed loan documents to our lender client for funding

    11/4/24              We sent a text message to the borrower regarding the payoff process, which involves our lender client providing the new loan funds to us, then we send the payoff funds to the previous lienholder to pay off the previous auto loan

    11/6/24              We received the loan funds from our lender client; consumer notified of the process for paying off the previous loan
    Note:  We received the loan funds on 11/6, but the lender client funding the loan did not provide a report that identified which loan they were funding, so we could not associate the funds with a specific new loan.  ****************************** conducted extensive research to identify which lender had submitted those funds, then match the funds in our account with the proper loan.  This lack of information from the lender delayed sending the payoff to the previous lienholder.

    11/13/24            Co-borrower inquired about payoff status and was notified the standard payoff process and timeline was in place

    11/14/24           Borrowers contacted us multiple times, we re-confirmed standard payoff timeline(7-10 days post funding) and contacted our **************** to further research the timeline

    11/15/24           Payoff prepared to be sent via *** to the previous lienholder; borrower contacted us for update on payoff; our agent notified them the payoff was being sent by *** that day.  The *** package was picked up on this Friday and delivered the following Tuesday.  Note:  our ********************* is not a consumer-facing department, which is why the consumer was not connected directly with them, but our agent did contact Accounting internally to research the situation and get confirmation that the payoff was being sent.

    11/18/24           Borrower contacted us regarding delayed *** delivery, we agreed to investigate. 

    11/19/24           Payoff received by previous lienholder; borrower contacted us for assistance then our agent researched the situation and contacted the borrower with confirmation that the payoff payment was delivered to the previous lienholder.

    11/20/24 12:40 We communicated by phone with the borrower and confirmed the payoff package had been received by the previous lienholder.

    I refinanced my vehicle with this company back in 2021 and purchased a GAP policy along with it ($995). Well, last month my vehicle was totaled but my insurance company paid my vehicle off- no payout was needed from my GAP policy. Since my loan was paid off sooner than expected, this also makes my GAP policy subject to cancellation and a prorated refund. However, my attempts to contact the company in reference to my refund has left me with nothing but radio silence. I am simply seeking the funds that I am owed.

On 12/02/2024, I followed up with another email asking if anything was needed from me and I have yet to receive any correspondence back. I would like for this complaint to be reopened as no resolution has been met.
