**************** and is non existant. I was concerned when wanted $1000 to close loan to get to trade-in value. Told me probably get it all back because they get 30 day pay-off amounts. All doc except 1 were signed. I **** it's not required by my state to perfect lien. Insisted their lender required after 4 attempts with their online notary ( again not req in **) they sent the docs that I then got notarized by an **** on a weekend and *** overnite back to them. Took another week many ignored texts, emails and pho messages. Finally talked to what was referred to as a Supervisor told me it was lenders fault because rates dropped and they were backed-up. Not my problem but my dollars at $14 per day perdiem. Got msg next morning (fri) crom lender loan is funded. Finally (Tues) msg from refi-jet they sent pay-off check. Now it's monday pay-off still not received by original lender my past due and have never missed a payment or been late over 48 months and 2 different vehicles with lender being paid off. They present this full automation system of which important areas don't perform or don't exist. This is a company with no capital to fund pay-offs until get $ from lender, require dp funds immediately but also do pay-offs by mail instead of immediate electronic transaction. Earning intetest on overnight funds in account used to fund loans. There poor performance cost me several hundred dollars. When "Supervisor" challengened answer was "we don't have the money to fund loans until lender gives us the money" they buy funding at X and mark up accordingly. They know rate inquiring party is paying so can add 1-2-3% to offered buy rate and they make the difference based upon amount financed. So in my mind now I survived a possible disaster if Cap 1 does get the pay-off. Would not recommend this company to anybody. Could be good if were properly capitalalized and responded to clients. If my credit score takes a hit because of there ineptness I will file a complaint with state.Business Response

I am writing to bring to your attention a profoundly troubling issue that I have encountered with ************************* 2018, I purchased a new *** X3 with a 0% interest rate. In 2022, I refinanced the vehicle for the remaining balance of $10,000. During this process, the ********************** representative connected me with RefiJet, and their representative persuaded me to add an extended warranty for an additional $6,000. I have diligently made payments for this extended warranty for the past two and a half years. However, I recently experienced issues with my car, including leaks and other related concerns.I was informed by a *** Customer Relations representative that I do not have an extended warranty despite my consistent payments. This discrepancy became evident during multiple visits to my dealership for service issues. Despite my payments over the past two years, the dealership has indicated that I do not have an extended warranty. I was lied to from the very beginning to secure the loan. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to obtain assistance from RefiJet in resolving this matter. I am seeking a refund of $9,500, which includes the amount added to the loan for the "extended warranty" and the payments made over the past two years. A claim submitted by *** to RefiJet was denied, further complicating the situation.The falsehoods and lack of resolution have prompted me to demand a full refund immediately, with the possibility of legal action if necessary. Despite my efforts, I have encountered continuous delays and evasiveness in my dealings with RefiJet. I am reaching out to you for assistance in addressing this distressing issue. The *** ESC that you purchased does not cover for parts that would fall under maintenance like the oil filter adapter, turbo coolant line, and washer fluid reservoir. You also have an oil change plan with ***, but not the upgraded scheduled maintenance required for coverage. The service records reflect the level of coverage that was selected.

I am rejecting this response because:I want to express my frustration with the lack of response to my previous attempts to address this matter. Despite making multiple calls and leaving messages, I did not receive the necessary assistance until now, hence my dissatisfaction.
In July 2022, I had a conversation with a representative who presented me with three payment options, each corresponding to a different type of extended warranty. I opted for the highest payment, amounting to $325, based on the assurance that my car would be fully covered, with the exception of wear and tear. It was explicitly stated that this would be the extent of any uncovered issues.
However, my dissatisfaction arose when I discovered that *** did not acknowledge any coverage, despite my continuous payments. Subsequent communications with your company in 2023 only reinforced my disappointment, as the representative continued to assert that I was indeed covered, contradicting the information provided earlier.
The misrepresentation of coverage by your representative has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also led to financial implications. I have paid for two years of coverage which I have been unable to utilize at the dealership. As such, I believe I am entitled to reimbursement for the coverage payments made during this period.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and rectify the oversight to ensure that I receive the coverage for which I have been faithfully paying.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution and a response acknowledging the steps that will be taken to rectify this situation.

I wanted to refinance my car and paid RefiJet a $1530 down payment on September 5, 2024. The deal fell through on Monday September 9th so I asked for a refund of my down payment. I was told on the 9th my refund would be made immediately. When no refund was received I emailed the agent I had been working with on the 10th and she said the refund would be issued that day. Today is the 11th and I have not received the refund. I want my money returned immediately or I will contact a lawyer and pursue further legal action.Business Response

On Aug 17, 2024, I started receiving emails from RefiJet. I ignored as I had no interest in the company. On Aug 23, my ex-husband told me I may be getting a call from RefiJet as he was refinancing his car. They called before I even finished reading the text. RefiJet said they needed my driver's license to complete his refinance. I was hesitant to give it based on my ex-husband making ignorant decisions with money and accounts in the past. My attorney told me I didn't have to provide it legally. RefiJet threatened to file contempt charges on me. The agent, *****, was rude, demanding and condescending on the phone, never explaining why he needed it. He told me I was lying several times about what I was seeing when I logged into their website (it said there was a lease agreement and I was a co-applicant). I sent him photos of what I saw and then his story changed. I had him delete those things. I told him that there was no need for my license because the title and bill of sale had listed x** OR x** (not and). He again yelled at me and demanded I provide my license. My attorney spoke with ***** and felt this was an ok thing to provide at that point. As soon as I sent it to him, I started getting emails about signing the papers for the final steps of my refinance. I believe my name is being put on paperwork for the car refinance for my ex-husband despite being told it wasn't.Business Response

I was called from refi jet from a representative named ***************************** on July 25th 2024, to refinance my truck. He was nice, but very pushy for me to apply for a loan. He told me that there we a few lenders that worked with fair credit. I was very hesitant because I didn't want inquiries on my credit. He was very pushy for me to apply. He said I had alot of equity in my truck, and that would really help. I didn't hear anything for a couple days. I called back and he said I got denied from the first company. I didn't want my credit run alot. He said they don't count if it involves the same reason we each time. I waited and waited to hear something back. I called ***************************** on August 5th, and the number was no good. The call would not go through. I then called another number, and was told my application was denied. The man was not friendly. He said they don't know why they denied it. This company is very misleading and makes you feel like you will get approved. I just spoke AGAIN to a customer service manager today about my ongoing issues with REFI JET. I called to today about 2 pm because out of NOWHERE they are requesting more documents after I closed on an auto loan almost a month ago and have itball set up with a bank to make payments. The car was paid off by the bank May 20th. The customer service representative hung up on me after I told her that it "sounded like it was their mistake and not mine" and then nobody would answer my cal, I called they picked up and hung right up. It's like an 18 year old teenage relationship! I had to call the new loan line to ask for a manager. He ENSURED ME he would GET TO THE BOTYOM OF THIS AND SEND ME HIS NUMBER SOON AS OUR CALL ENDED. 6 hours later, nothing but constant emails from REFI JET bombarding me with requests for documents. I've received 8 emails. Refi Jet failed to follow appropriate legal protocol on my paperwork for my car and has my loan paperwork messed up. I've had so many text messages, calls from so many different people, phone numbers during this process, it is unbelievable. I want a manager on the phone with me as I send over any document. I refinanced my 2022 Kia ******** via Lending Tree, who put me in touch with Refi Jet. Refi Jet set up a loan with Consumer Credit. On 5/31/24, ******** sent me a notice that my loan had been funded and that my original lender, Capitol One would be paid off within 5 to 7 days. It is now 6/11/24 and my Capitol One car loan has not been paid off. I have two car payments due on the same vehicle due to this. When I called Refi Jet the rep said there was still a verification due but that was a false statement. I told them about the 5/31/24 notice. She then said , Oh, I will get with accounting and have them expedite payment. I believe this is a fraudulent or misleading practice where they are holding my funds for an extended period, perhaps to draw short term interest or something else. I signed up to get a quote for refinancing and the calls I have been getting the instant I submitted my information are out of control. They have called me from different numbers at a minimum of 8 calls in a matter of a few hours. I have unsubscribed from their website but I am still receiving calls!Business Response
