1 starEverything was smooth and everything looked legit, I uploaded my documents to refinance my auto loan, **** attended me (he gave me his direct line), and at the beginning he was very nice, the first offer to refinance my auto loan was good but he said he might be able to get a better one. He indeed got a better deal, I upload all the documents needed and I even signed the documents in front of a notary and I sent them. After paying 100 dollars as security deposit, he told me that everything was in place and he will reach out if there was any issue. After a month, have not heard anything from him and when I tried to contact him (multiple times), it says on the call "Thanks for contacting Refijet, the person you are trying to contact is unavailable, leave your message" I have left a ton of voice messages and not a single message, call or mail. If the deal is still getting processed by the bank you can at least reach out and let me know. I feel totally scam, plus I lost 100 dollars.Review fromJODY T

There's so much to put down! Extremely easy to deal with, easy online process, fair monthly payment. **** was very helpful and worked hard to get me a good rate and monthly payment.You really dug me out of a situation, I'll never forget and will recommend you to ANYONE!

they got me on the phone, got all my info, pictures of my car, and then i never heard from them again a day later they sent an email, saying " we are currently not able to meet your car refinance expectations, someone will contact you shortly, 3 days went by and absolutely no contact from them. i don't care they didn't want to do the refinance. but at least call someone, so they know what is going on. horrible customer serviceRefijet

I could not be more happy with the service that I received during the refinancing of my auto loan. ******, the representative that I worked with at Refijet was extremely knowledgeable, patient and diligent in his follow up. He was available for questions and requests from the initial inquiry through the end of the refinance. Thank you ****** for being you! This whole experience was a waste of my time and money. The guy who initially called me didnt get my husbands information purely so he didnt have to do any extra work. The second person was condescending and told me it was sad how I viewed the world because I didnt want to submit even more personal information until seeing the approval information. All while saying the lender and not giving me the company name. He told me he could put the numbers on an excel sheet for me to look at instead of actually trying to show me the information on the loan, gap, and warranty. Eventually he was able to produce the information, after I told him I would not move forward until I could review it. Now, the paperwork is an issue. The notary was unable to stamp the front without covering up text (which we were told we could not have her do), so she stamped on the back, which she has done for our DMV multiple times. I was told all this paperwork has to be redone and she has to stamp the front. Meaning wed have to pay for the notary again, drive into town again, and spend even more time on this. This information came from the title company, who did not verify the information with the **** So she stamped the front of the paperwork and sent it. It if doesnt go through then Im done. This has been an awful experience.Refijet

Not a good experience. After spending an hour, giving them all of my personal information they came back with a ridiculously high-interest rate. I told them my existing APR and they kept telling me that I will get much better offers. In end, they came back with a way higher than my existing interest rate.Refijet

This is my first time refinancing and needless to say I was a bit stressed trying to self research. I was surfing through the web and found a questionnaire from RefiJet, answered few questions, and luckily I got ************ He made all that worry go away! **** was super responsive and knew exactly what I wanted. His knowledge and quick response time shocked me and sets the bar HIGH for others in his field to follow. The transition from talking about refinancing, picking what fits my needs and wants, to signing documents was done in less than a week. I live in the ****** *********** area only 5 minutes from their office here in ********. All of the staff were very kind and made something that I thought would take the time of purchasing a new vehicle to be only 15 minutes. Just know that you all rock at RefiJet DTC! Ill be recommending your company to anyone that is looking to refinance. Thank you!!!Refijet
