I would not recommend Refijet when considering a refinance option.In the beginning the process moved quickly. After the loan was approved it took several weeks to fund the loan and payoff my existing loan. As a result I had to make 2 loan payments in the same month. One to my current lender and one to the new lender. I was told I would receive a refund on the overpayment from ******** in the amount of $561.00. It has been 45 days + and I am still waiting on my "refund". I have called them multiple times and spoke with multiple people. I was told it was mailed, never received it. Now I am told it was mailed and should arrive in 5-7 business days? Don't you think that they could mail it overnight to satisfy a good customer? Should have read the reviews here first.

Absolute pleasure to work with and zero problems ever. Everything was done quickly and efficiently with zero hiccups in the process. I was coming out of a lease and needed to purchase/refinance vehicle with another bank and RefiJet navigated this unfamiliar process for me and did flawlessly. I filled out a form to see their refinancing rates online. Unlike other places, I didn't see anything after submitting and instead was given a message saying that a representative would contact me soon. By the time one had contacted me, I had explored other options and told them I was not interested. They have now been calling me at least once a day, from different numbers, ranging from 7am to past 730pm. Don't bother with this company. Feels shady and untrustworthy.Refijet

Stay away from this company!!!! After going through extensive paperwork after an agreement had been reached, ReFiJet ceased communication. After repeated attempts to reach ReFiJet for status of loan, i was completely ignored. I was assured my loan was a sure thing and spent a great amount of time providing asked for documentation. But then I heard nothing from two different people I was working with. When I inquired about loan status, my inquiries were ignored. The only result of my ReFiJet experience my credit rating dropped 20 points. So much for their soft report promise! Bad news with these people!Refijet

I did an online thing with Lending Tree weeks ago and they will not stop calling. Their rates are not even close to what I have now so there is no way I would work with them but they cannot take a hint and stop calling even though I have asked them to.Refijet

The company is a good company and generally good with customer service. The reason I gave this company 3 stars is for several reasons; Number 1: My vehicle was purchased out of ******** sent the temp registration to Refijet along with other documentation just for them to say it needs to be a different states registration to finish when all the paperwork. For context everything matched my current address and state so there shouldnt be an issue at all. , Number 2: I have signed and sent documentation ***** e signature, etc) Refijet then asked to have the lien-holder on insurance changed, which was immediately taken care of. I then received another email stating that the insurance card must be thirty days from expiration date with it was and also have three vehicles in policy. Number 3: Refijet communicatied until recently. After not hearing something I called to get an update and was advised that the lender turned it down due to the down payment amount I paid going towards equity, not the vehicle principle, which was known in the beginning and on the initial paperwork. Again, If I had not called I would not have known and now I have to pay the original payment on the original day which is in 3 days, despite being told otherwise and signing papers for the end of October 2022. This is unacceptable considering Ive turned in and done everything that was asked. Im not sure what the basis of this company dropping the ball is, but this is definitely not a business practice that I would recommend to anyone. As discussed with management, there should NOT be documentation or confirmation emails nor additional requests sent to me to sign if there is a possibility of a revised decision especially once I haven contacted a notary and spent time, money, and gas on meeting every single request or deadline provided by them to me. This is a prime example of poor business practices and poor communication and customer service just to name a few. Shame on you RefiJetRefijet
