This is a second mortgage debt that Statebridge purchased through another company. It is supposed to follow an amortization schedule, yet every month the principal and the interest payments are all over the place. Typically, amortization Will have the principal payment going up and the interest going down as you pay them off over the years. Yet as you can see on the attached photo this is not the case. Why is this not the case? When I put the remaining balance in the interest on the loan in an amortization schedule, it does not show this pattern.

Paid them dang near ***** dollars after they threaten my home after they got the loan. Still have not received any deed of conveyance or acknowledge payment was made, this was also a dang year ago! They are quick to try and take someone house but don't care to do their due diligence when it comes to mailing things out. I'm sure they'll say they've sent something but they have not. ***** Fargo promptly sent documentation once primary loan was paid off and we received no issue.

My load was purchased by Statebridge in January 2024. The last statement from the previous company stated that I had a balance of *******. When I got my first statement from Statebridge it said I owed *******. I asked for clarification as to why the amount is more than what I owed but did not receive a response. I have been paying ******* each month for the past 3 months. This isn't reflected in my statements. When I call I am never able to speak to a supervisor as they are always "out" "left for the day" or "will be in at 10am". I have file a complaint with the *** but have yet to receive a reply - they have 60 days. I am worried about what this is doing to my credit rating and just want to pay this off fairly but I can't get anyone to respond to me.

Made calls to state bridge company- I owe them 3 months mortgage. I am trying to make a payment. Was waiting for them to pick up a phone for approx 3 hours yesterday April 18 2024, and today going on an hour. How can this be? I think this is on purpose to get me to default on the loan. They normally are not like this so that is that only thing it could be. I have records of the calls of course.

My previous credit union dissolved a few years back and my loans went to Statebridge Company located in ********************. The transfer to this company was not an option for me to make. I paid the last two loans off about a month ago. One of the loans was for a motorcycle. When I purchased the motorcycle, I took the title into Indianapolis Newspaper FCU, the lien holder. When I paid the loan off with Statebridge, they sent me a Lien Release instead of the title I provided. I was told they don't have it. I then asked if they were going to reimburse me for fees I will get when I order a new title through the *** and they said they will not. If Statebridge didn't do their due diligence in getting all the proper paperwork for a loan they are assuming, I shouldn't have to pay for their incompetence.

I received a notice on my door to contact Statebridge on or about January 25, 2024. So I contacted them and spoke with a representative. She reviewed my mortgage account and advised that I received the notice in error. My mortgage payment is considered timely as it is always paid within the grace ******* Since, I have a mortgage with a due date that doesnt fall on the first of the month, it causes their company confusion with regard to these types of notices. I was told to disregard. Now there is an $18 inspections disbursement fee on my bill.

The company falsely reported om my credit report in September, 2023. The company stopped servicing my mortgage since 2019. My mortgage is with Right path mortgage servicing LLC, which all payment on my account is auto payment with my bank. This charge have hindered other mortgage companies to approve my loan except it is removed from my credit report. Also, I have tried to reach them via email and phone to remove another false charge filed on my account in 2019. They have failed to resolve the issue either through email correspondence or phone. I have substantial evidence to prove my case. This business need to be shut down because they are a scam and defrauding people of their hard earned money through the loan conditions.

My parents started a land contract with Vision Properties out of SC back in 2015, here recently they've gotten letters from state bridge telling them that they have X amount of days to leave the property. My parents have paid rent on time every month, thus far totally $52,530, the total cost of the house was ****** when they singed the lease/contract in 2015. The lease was ended in June 2022 but because Vision Properties had been in trouble for embezzling money from people my mom wasn't unable to contact anyone about renewing the lease, but they continued to pay rent to avoid being evicted. They have all rent receipts from May 2015 to current. Anytime my parents talk to State Bridge on the phone they won't answer any questions, they are rude and they tell my parents that some guy bought the house. What can they do. Right now they have until January 10th to find somewhere to live, my dad is in a wheelchair and my mom is unable to work due to taking care of my dad and not being able to drive. State Bruh as been doing this to them for a few months now and they can't get a professional answer nor someone to explain to them exactly what is going on and why! It's not right, they are basically stealing the house from my parents. When state bridge first contacted my parents they only had ***** left to pay off the house.
