    Keeps harassing us about a mortgage that's not in my grandmothers name. And my grandfather didn't leave us with any money. Now they're threatening to take the house.

    Posting principle balances to an Unapplied ledger account: I've warned and reached out to the investor of this loan regarding this kind of behavior...and it continues on each month... I distinctly request online that any addition payments being made to the account be placed to my principle...The company should be liable for interest to me because they held my case where it should not have been... Then they keep places money in an escrow which Informed them not to because I pay my own realEstate taxes and homeowners insurance...

    This company State bridge and lawyer ***************** are scammers. They are all low life thugs who are intentionally stealing homes. The y tried to extort money from me and do a back deal sale. They are currently under investigation by the *** and I will do everything in my Power to send all parties to prison for taking part in the scam. They tell you your payments are late when there not- scam- they tell you they never received payments when they have- scam- low life thugs . They inflate loan amounts that is not true- They shut down there online payment system intentionally. They do not answer there phones intentionally. I have had crooks threaten my daughter and demanding payment-I would not pay these crooks a dime more. They are going straight to h*** for the disgusting scams they are pulling. ******************************* and ************************* were brought down for scams and your next Statebridge and lawyers!

    Unfortunately, StateBridge Company is a loan servicer that acquired my second mortgage in 2017. Prior to their company acquiring the loan, I'm not sure what happened to the previous servicer, but I had not received any bills/statements since my 1st mortgage was paid off in 2016. In fact, I contacted StateBridge because I needed an escrow account to accommodate payment of my property taxes. I got behind in the mortgage payment and StateBridge proceeded with foreclosing on my home but failed to send me any paperwork regarding the matter. When I found out I was in foreclosure November of 2022, I contacted their attorney and requested assistance through ILHAF. I received assistance, attended court proceedings, and finally became caught up July 2023. Throughout this process, I continued to receive generic mortgage statements that did not reflect the escrow account, the pay-out from ILHAF. or a pay-off amount. My specific complaint lies with *************************, the only rep (I've been told every time I call) that can provide me with information regarding my account. According to the reps who answer the toll- free phone, **** has no manager, no email address that can be given to customers, no specific times or days to be reached. I received a letter this month that states, call ************************* for information on the status of my loan and to provide me with options moving forward. I have called several times and I have not received a call back to date.

    My mortgage loan was transferred to statebridge on a statement in April 2023 my loan amount was reflecting to be 77k in a statement from July 2023 my loan suddenly increased back to ********* when I called I was advised a loan modification was made on 8/1/22 when I asked who authorized and why wasnt a notified she said it had to do due to the maturity of the loan mind you my loan is supposed to be a ******************************************* regards to the modification to compare the new terms all I was sent was an original modification checklist I requested original contract and was sent information about index and interest general loan info that had no relation to my specific loan I called back spoke to a different rep I requested a verification of debt he stated the two documents that were sent were the only thing they had on file its absurd to me theres no record of the original loan / payment history/new terms I requested a supervisor he stated he would need 30 mins to supposedly gather info and call me back refused to provide a supervisor I am desperately trying to get help and clarification Ive been paying on my home since 2007 I am elderly and sick its unfair they take advantage of the elderly who have no knowledge in this concept and raise modifications without notifying an owner its unfair to have my loan increase 20k without any explanation nor guidance I am not behind on my mortgage for this to have happened

    When they call. The gentleman will say who he's from, wants me to verify my info first, when I question by he's call and says I am with a debt collection agency. When I ask which company sold you my info. He says I can't tell you that until you tell me your name and dob. I refuse to give him information. I let it go to voicemail mail and I only receive part of voicemail. They keep turning this into credit bureau. I don't know what **** is or what company that I previously owed.

    I recevied a bill from State Bridge from Veripo stating they sold it to Statebridge, I had an 80/20 loan 18yrs ago, GMAC WAS the 20 ***** I filed bankruptcy on the Gmac loan due to illness, this was in 2013, then in 2014 GMAC went under, I had not heard from anything with the 20 loan, Longbeach was the 80 Loan, in which ************* obtained this loan, I didn't never here from any correspondence from the 20 loan, I thought it had to get combined together, beause it has been over 10 years of not knowing what really transpired, so I get a letter from Veripro Solutions, that they sold it to Statebridge just a couple of months ago. Look at the attached figures from each one, my deed is with a bank and this is crazy, I haven't had any correspondence till this year. ********************** ************

    According to Statebridge my loan was transferred to them by SLS back in March I received my first correspondence from Statebridge in June a billing stating stating that I had a balance due by 7/1. Also within the same month I received an Intent to Foreclose on my property if I didnt pay my balance off the end of the Month. I tried calling Statebridge to inform them that this account was in dispute I was transferred to a account manager by the name of **** who was very rude and nasty when i asked for his supervisor, he would not transfer the call and stated he would have her to call me. I have been trying to settle this account. I initially signed a loan agreement with **** financial for $15,000 for 15yrs. Fixed loan with a total pay back of $33,000 I have paid the loan plus more, according to the rep at ****financial i was told that my payments have been misapplied according to my payment history for the majority of the loan only a small portion at times of $3.00 was only applied to my principle balance when I tried to get this resolved with SLS my loan transferred to Statebrdige. I just want to get this matter resolved I dont feel I owe anything on this account especially not to Statebridge I never entered into any contract with this company and for them to threaten me with a foreclosure stating I owe $10, 300.00. Im just asking for someone to please help me get this resolved and explain to me why do I still owe over $10,000.00 that means for 15 years I only paid $5,000. This is a crime that these companies are committing they keep transferring loans to make money of accounts by overcharging and threatening victims that they are going to take their homes. Im requesting a correction to my credit report and billing adjustment

    SUMMARY:Statebridge has illegally raised my monthly loan payment #****** from $406.75 to $1218.92.BACKGROUND:When Statebridge Company took over the servicing rights for my loan on 3/2020 the monthly payment had been set at $406.75 and the interest rate at 0% percent by the previous loan servicer, ********************* (***).MY PROBLEM:3/9/2023: Statebridge wrote to me advising me that my monthly loan payment was increasing to $1218.92 from $406.75, as the Temporary Payment Arrangement (***) signed with *** had not been replaced by a permanent modification so the 2006 original loan terms now applied. MY 3 FAILED ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM: 1) On 3/16/2023 I wrote to Statebridge advising them that *** had, for six months after the *** expired, both invoiced me and collected from me the sum of $406.75, and that I'd just spoken to *** and been told that Statebridge was not allowed to change the payment from $406.75 and the interest rate should remain at 0%.2) On 4/3/2023 I sent Statebridge the *** loan statements showing receipt of payments of $406.75 both prior and post the ***, as well as, a copy of my first *** check dated 9/2/2016 which stated:'In depositing this check *** agrees as per my Relationship Manager ************** has stated that following the successful completion of this agreement on 9/1/2019 the regular monthly payment until 08/01/2036 will be $406.75.'3) On 5/19/2023 I sent Statebridge the letter dated 6/28/2019 from *** that confirmed that when the *** ended, my account terms would go back to those prior to the payment arrangement, which was $406.75 a month at a zero percent interest rate. The letter stated: "When the *** expires, the regular terms of your account will resume in effect. Therefore, your interest rate will be *******%, and your regular monthly payments will be $406.75.'I have been in dispute with Statebridge regarding this error since 3/16/2023 and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
