    Property manager Asset Living contracted Park M to manage their community parking facilities. I was never informed of this transition by the property manager. I received one email from Park M on 11/8/2021 informing me of a notice of payment of $0. Since Asset Living failed to notify me of this transition, I had no idea what this email was about and assumed it to be spam, as I was already paying $50 a month for parking, my vehicle was registered with Asset Living, and I also paid one time fees for a parking garage entry sticker. On 7//22/2022 my vehicle was towed from my community parking garage without warning due to my vehicle not being registered with Park M. My vehicle had been registered with the property manager for the prior 2 years I was living in this complex. I was never informed of any change to the parking policy by the property manager. Park M claims to have sent me multiple notification emails, although cannot prove to which email address they sent them, and I never received the emails they claim to have sent. After complaining I was told by the property manager that when we renewed our lease in 2021, they "auto enrolled us" with Park M, but this year when we renewed in 2022, they did not do this, and did not inform anyone of this. I ended up paying $400 to have my vehicle released to me on 7/23/2022. I just want my money back, this is a scam.
