      Awful company to work with. I have been trying to get my license verified for UberEats for the last 2 months, but because I have moved and gotten a different license, samba seems to think my license and is in a surrendered state. When I submitted my VALID driver's license for my new state, samba apparently cannot locate my MVR report. This is absolutely ridiculous as Checkr had NO ISSUE with DoorDash, but its been 2 months and Samba cant do their job and locate the CORRECT information.

      These people gave a shoddy background investigation for my Uber account, making it so that I cannot drive. I disputed the information that took over a month to complete, and complained to Uber that these people are hacks that did not give Uber accurate info, providing them screenshots showing that my drivers license did not and was never suspended or revoked. I am 100% registered and legal to drive. I just received a dispute letter response from a DIFFERENT company, Safety Holding, stating that the work that Samba did was legit. Who are these people??? Why can they not give legit info to Uber? I don't know what is going on, but Uber, upon request, outsourced a real background check company that actually does real background checks.
      These people should be shut down if they are giving shoddy background checks and causing Uber drivers, who do not make money as it is, to not be able to make ANYTHING. I think it's disgusting, I understand a mistake can be made, but if I didn't take initiative with Uber and get to the right people to do a real background check, I would have been living on the streets due to absolute, disgusting incompetence.
      SHAME on Samba and Safety Holding INC, they should be shutdown, fraud.

      This company is terrible! My employer requested a re-run of my *** and they gave them the same outdated report. I hope the attorney general looks into this dirtbag company.

      I havent been working since April 28. I had a court date to have my tickets thrown out for something that I did not do. Although its to much to explain. The violations were thrown out. I have court and *********** showing that its cleared and that my license is in good standing. Ive contacted Samba numerous times. Just like other reviews Ive read, they mess with ppl livelihoods. I have sick family members, I have school I have so many bills! I lost all this money since April. Im hurting bad because of this situation. Ive sent this to them and **** so many times in the last couple days with no response. I did everything **** ask me to do and showed that the violations were withdrawn. Even paid for my *** report and still I got nothing. This is so ridiculous. It should be some type of penalty to be able to do this to ppl.

If you believe the information on your *** has been updated, please request to have your employer order another *** through ********************* as we cannot initiate an *** pull without a request.

      I have been talking with **** EVERY single day! They have ran my MVR twice already BEFORE the date my MVR Actually cleared (which it cleared in 6/2/2025). I explained to them that You (Samba) keeps asking them to send another order and their reply was that when I file another dispute (which I did a couple of times) with all the proof I have sent in to them and samba, Samba will see that it was cleared and than let **** know that it is clear AND THAN they can restore my account. I have told you that in messages over and over that you guy (both parties) are throwing me back and forth when I am and many others are suffering because of the misinformationit has been extremely difficult to get you you both to do ONE thing which is check my MVR. This is ridiculous that I have to go through all of this just for you to see my corrected info after 6/2/2025. You can easily see my screenshot of my mvr and see all the documents that show that its in good standing! I explained what going on to **** and they told me yet again to put it in the dispute and that Samba will see that it has been updated. I am just a worker, its not fair to put me in the middle of this when I/we just follow instructions! I want my mvr to be seen and reviewed again so this NIGHTMARE CAN BE OVER. Again my *** was cleared after 6/2/2025. I have disputed it like you asked! And sent you the proof like you asked and **** said they are waiting for you to review it and see its been updated. I am only telling you what they are saying to me! Or you can message them about my account! I am going through a tough time from this! Samba told me to dispute this with the corrected info and I did! Again my MVR WAS CORRECTED ON 6/2/2025

And than SAMBA/YOU say no, we cant, go tell your employer (****)! If all my messages were pulled up from both sides right ****** would show that I said my mvr cleared after 6/2/2025! **** constantly says that you will get the update once I dispute it, I even screenshot your message and still they say the same thing. People are going through the worst time because of either or negligence whether SAMBA or **** wants to admit it publicly. They 2 companies were sent all my updates with my official MVR record and court papers, even showing expungement and this is the same message they sent (exact same one) over and over! Even after my explanation. They have not reached out in any way in concerned with all the info showing that everything was cleared. **** just made me do YET ANOTHER dispute. They honestly think this is a joking matter, I dont know if it discrimination, unethical work practices etc..?

      We want to clarify SambaSafetys role in relation to our customers, including ****. ***** does not have the ability to initiate or order a new Motor Vehicle Record (***) on behalf of **** or any other customer. If **** has advised you to dispute the ***, please note that this is a misunderstanding. Disputing an *** is intended to challenge the accuracy of the information on the record, not to request an updated version.

      The correct next step is for **** to submit a new *** order directly to SambaSafety. Once the updated record is received, any recent changes will be reflected, allowing **** to reassess your driving eligibility on their platform.

      To help you get your issue resolved quickly, please follow the steps below to re-upload your drivers license:

      Step 1: Log in to Your **** Account
      1. Go to ********************************************.
      2. Click the LOG IN button in the top right corner.
      3. Sign in using your **** account credentials to access full support options.

      Note: You must be logged in to your account to submit a support request or access personalized help.


      Step 2: Re-Upload Your Drivers License
      Once logged in, go to the section where you can manage your documents.
      Re-upload a clear and valid photo of your drivers license.

      Important: Re-uploading your license automatically creates a new internal case with ****.

      Step 3: Wait for the *** Review
      Once the case is created, **** will initiate a new Motor Vehicle Record (***) check.
      This process can take up to 7 days, as **** only processes ***s once per week.

      They have been reporting my driver's license as suspended for Four Months! So for 4 months I have not been able to work with their partners. They have a mafia style business approach, 4 months is a grotesque amount of time! They have made the offer you can not refuse, either they get some money or you can die. I have a deaf child, I would gladly pay my personal money to the CEO Scumlord so they can rerun my MVR. My motor vehicle record has passed with two other companies since, that I'm currently driving with, while they are still reporting my information incorrectly! In the state of ******* someone with a minor education can check to see if a driver's license is valid for ZERO costs. 4 months time of hurting someone's life, this company should have its business license suspended.

      Dear Mr. ******** weve received your latest dispute on 11/14/2024 for which we responded and confirmed the accuracy of the data. **** has not ordered a new MVR since 11/9/2024. **** will need to order a new MVR for you in order for us to run the order. Our responsibility is limited to providing **** to ****, which they request from us. Additionally, we ensure that the data received from the state (on the date they ordered the **** is accurately reported to ***** Beyond these tasks, all other decisions are at ****'s discretion. An **** dispute allows you to dispute an item from your motor vehicle record (**** previously run by the employer you mentioned when you submitted your dispute. A dispute does NOT run a new ***. We recommend contacting your employer to request a re-run of your MVR through ********************* ******************** does not have the authority to run an *** on behalf of our customers, so they will need to initiate the pull.

      That is correct. Unless you receive more money you refuse to update information that can be done freely and almost effortlessly in the State of *******. Regardless, this type of behavior should be illegal. It should be a requirement by these companies when an individual has fulfilled their responsibilities for the parties involved to be updated. 4+ months of lost income because of your company's procedures should be illegal. It's gross and it's disgusting. Sadly, our government is not aware of the operations of these companies and how they put individuals, lives and families in jeopardy. Florida's website can check a driver's license very quickly and cost nothing. But please reply how your mafia style business tactics warrant a good business name? Kind of funny though, with Samba Safety you sure can drive for **** with an expired license plate. So you can't update information without getting your money at the cost of my well being, and you completely fail at checking license plates. How much would it cost me to pay for the motor vehicle record for **** out of my pocket? Not that you would probably offer that because letting me squirm is probably more your business style.

      My Uber Driver account was deactivated because of an erroneous background check submitted to them by this company and it could potentially cause me to get evicted. This company incorrectly reported to **** that my drivers license is expired. After figuring out that there is no way to speak to a human at this company I contacted ****. **** informed me that they have a a copy of my drivers license and they can clearly see that its not expired. Why doesnt Samba cross check its findings with the records of its vendors? To get it fixed I was told to submit a dispute and wait thirty days which in my opinion is way too long because my rent is due in a couple of weeks and I need to be able to work to pay it. This is not right at all and I shouldnt have to wait that long for them to fix an error that has the potential to inflict unbearable financial harm and homelessness. Its an emergency that needs to be fixed ASAP. This is not right at all.

      Would give zero stars. I guess this is my fault. Was told had more software that aligned with our operation and would be adding others. Well did not have much for how we operate. Waited for the other info to be added. Never happened. Would like to stop the account which we have had for 3 years. Has not been used I. The last year. But they want more money for us to end the relationship. Wow. What kind of company is this. Clearly not looking out for the people more worried about their money. Not someone I ever want to do business with.

      you have to email them, can not ever get anyone on the phone for help! Samba replied through an email about the question i had about if a driver renews their DL, the new expiration date on the DL does not update in the Samba platform/system until you purchase another MVR with Samba even though the DL has been renewed, what a money hungry company this is! I mean i thought that is why people and companies used this platform to update all this information while paying for their services.

      SambaSafety provides support via our dedicated team of Customer Support Representatives. We close a majority of our cases within 1 hour upon receipt of the initial inquiry. This case was opened at 10:06 AM MST and we were able to research and provide an answer back by 10:54 AM MST on the same day. A driver license expiration date is data that is provided by state governmental agencies. SambaSafety cannot update any information related to a state issued drivers license without the customer running a new Motor Vehicle Record. This process is well documented and discussed with customers throughout their onboarding process with SambaSafety. We understand our customers have a lot to work through with keeping drivers on the road and believe that our solutions aid them in accomplishing that mission.

      They say my drivers license is suspended when it is not. No one will answer calls, no one will return calls, they do not update disputes. If you email them they give an automated email reply that does nothing. I will take them to court over lost wages.

      **** could just stop reporting my license suspended. Day 30 if it's not fixed and updated I'll file in court.
