      Samba safety and safety holdings *** reported a wrong and an inaccurate report about me. I disputed the report but I got no reply, I tried to call both the services also impossible to reach out to them over the phone. Very unprofessional.

      They lied to me with what the system can do, For example if you get FMCSA violation the systems will suggest automatically training for the drivers based on that specific violation.This was the main reason I agreed to sign the contract Not only that but the system fails in general to detect FMCSA violations,Now Im canceling after 2 mounts of failed service SAMBA wants from me $3900 or they will give me to collections company.Samba - yes I give you accesses to my FMCSA PORTAL and you confirmed it works I paid 2 mounts of service with $500 set up fee but I guess ***** wants money by contract for a year .Im sure they know how to protect themselves with the contracts and charge you in full just because they like to help trucking company's I will be willing to join in a lawsuit against *****. Im sure Im not the only one

      This service is terrible to work with you can't reach anyone and we all have the same issue. I am not sure why anyone would use them they are unprofessional and should be shut down.

      This business is horrible! I drive part time for a ride share service and they decided to let the service know that my ** drivers license is expired. First off, it is not expired, it was turned in to TX DMV when I got my ** drivers license TWO YEARS AGO! I am now unable to drive because your company provides inaccurate information. Oh yeah, my full time job is in the security business, I will make sure all my fellow business people and customers know NOT to use your platform. I recommend platforms all the time. I also expect to be compensated for lost wages for me, and by the looks of all your other reviews, maybe a class action lawsuit???

      I moved from one state to another. I changed my drivers license to the new state and surrendered my old drivers license and I updated the new drivers license with **** as a driver and Ive been driving around for a year with my new drivers license and all the sudden, these guys have a review that pops up for Uber that I have an invalid Drivers License that Ive surrendered which is incorrect and Ive given Uber and then both my drivers license and theyre telling me that it could take up to 30 days to get me on the road and working again because they cant figure out this information that Ive already sent them. On top of that they send you an email that has a number on it saying that you can call customer service, but there is no customer service you cant get through to anyone to talk to anyone. I call Uber and all Uber tells me is there waiting on this company to clear the background check and I shouldnt of even had a background check ran because I personally called Uber and updated all the information with them. My address my new license I uploaded a photo and everything so its just ridiculous that Im having to go through this. When I already updated the information this company needs to get it together.

      *************************** Im a lyft driver for more than 5 years. Had my old license on file since I moved from ** and I updated my new license mine you new . And ********************** tells lyft Im at risk driver! I smell lots of money ??! I dispute this past week . Please dont send me no email for no response. Active me asap! Uber did the same and I updated my license ?? ***** later checkr activate me! Law ****

      Thanks so much for reaching out.  Please note that SambaSafety is NOT authorized to re-run an MVR on your behalf.  You have to first notify Lyft or Uber that you believe your MVR has been updated, and then Lyft or Uber will request a new MVR directly from SambaSafety.

      They got me fired and despite several begging pleads and several texts on ******** the likes of which just go on seen. My children go hungry, and with my hope of a better future ruined, these people rest easy. Dont do business with these people

      Dear *****, on 06/22/2023 we received your dispute through our direct website and responded to you on 07/14/2023.  Pursuant to your authorization for Uber to order your driver record, we pulled your motor vehicle record from the ******************* and provided that record to Uber. SambaSafety does not
      make any decisions for Uber regarding your eligibility to drive for them; we merely provide the public record. In our response to your dispute and because we are not authorized to change your motor vehicle record, we recommended you go to the ********** DMV to have your driving record changed/corrected if you felt that there was an error with your motor vehicle record.

      Do not do business with this company! They have gone totally online only using email as their only form of communication and they do not respond to it either. They do not have a customer service department what so ever! We have contacted via email and even the phone number (which no one answers) given to ** via said email and still no response from this HORRIBLE company!!! Seeing all of the other reviews, just confirms that moving to another provider is the best course of action. I just wish there was a better way to get this information out to more businesses, so they do not make the same mistake we did by going with this company. As you can see by the responses they have given to other customers below and the fact they start the same and the most current one took Samba over a month to respond to just shows how this company works. They do not even deserve the one star, but you have to give them at least that so you can leave a review. They would totally have a negative number if I could do it!!!!

      Horrible company! You cannot reach a live person and no one responds to emails. They are charging me a $25.00 check fee and they are taking the money out of my account so there are no checks to be charging me on! I would love to find out how to file a complaint against them.
