      During our investigation, we used the most recent MVR ordered by Uber to thoroughly research your dispute. We validated the information in your MVR provided to Uber on 05/08/2025 by analyzing the data we received from Georgia and can confirm we did NOT find any discrepancies between the state-reported data and your MVR, confirming that the MVR aligns with the state data and is accurate.

      I was flagged as ineligible by **** because ***************(Sambasafety) background check listed my license status as Surrendered. This happened because I moved to ******* and, as required by law, surrendered my previous out-of-state license when I got a valid Florida license.I later realized I had forgotten to upload my Florida license initially, so I submitted it through the *************** online dispute portal along with an explanation. That was several days ago. I have received no response. I have attempted to solve this directly with **** but I keep getting AI generated messages back that are not addressing the issue. I currently have a valid and active Florida driver's license, and I have submitted clear documentation proving this. The surrendered status is misleading and incomplete without showing my current valid license. I rely on this work for income, while in grad school, and the 30-day wait period for a simple fix is unnecessary and unreasonable.I am requesting an immediate human review of my dispute, proper correction of the record, and updated communication sent to **** so I can resume work.

      Samba Safety was used by **** to provide a background report on me and pulled the wrong Driving Vehicle Report from the wrong state, which is *******, when I've since moved to ********. The license information they provided **** is incorrect and now I am suffering damages to my income and unable to work due to this error and unable to access the **** ride sharing platform. From my research, this continues to be a recurring problem with Samba Safety and should be corrected because many citizens are being impacted negatively financially as a result of this constant error. Drivers should be asked to provide most recent driving record information before the background check is done to ensure ACCURACY. I am asking that this situation concerning my records be escalated so that I can get back to work and earning a living wage. As a teacher, ride sharing is my only source of income during the summer months and this is creating a serious hardship for me and my family.

      samba has inaccurately reported to **** that i do not havee a drivers license which has affected me making a living i have sent my id multiple times and they are refusing to fix this i have a valid license i cannot get them on the phone or get to to respond via email there is absolutely no way to contact them other than filling out a form which i have done multiple times and sent my valid drivers license yet they still have not fixed

      Hi, My name is ******. First and foremost, I understand everyone and I know its tough. On Apr. 28 Ive gotten 3 tickets that I knew would be thrown out. Unfortunately, it was shown at that moment to Samba safety report. Due to me having to wait for my court date, my hands were tied of showing that it would be cleared of my record. Fast forward to when it was finally thrown out, in other words withdrawn removed from my DMV record. Let me tell you, I have probably called ***** Lyft etc..so many times its unbelievable, Samba decided to reject my dispute and all proof of my record being cleared. **** them selves even had to sent to them and I guess felt bad. I am being honest when I said this affected me tremendously! In more ways than you could imagine. I Have shown Samba my official DMV record, I have shown Samba my Court papers. Ive even shown other documents that I shared with them. At first, I thought that their system is old and it didnt update my record for them but by now I believe its intentional as hard as it is to believe. Ive reached out more than you could imagine with nothing more but the same reply back. I even called Penndot to tell them that this third party keeps saying I have the violations on my record still. And thier reply each time was YOUR RECORD IS CLEAR and has been clear since 6/2/2025. All of this hurt me, my family, my responsibilities and more. I dont understand how this corporation are allowed to do this and why their isnt some sort of civil lawsuit happening yet??I am literally not working right now because of simply Samba no wanting to looking or ignoring my updated record. Thier is no way that they did not see my new record. It sad and I relate to everyone in here thats been effected..all I can say is good luck and keep pushing I guess.

      I have explained multiple times to you that **** ran my MVR on that day (5/9/2025) not knowing that I had to complete going to court and having both of my tickets thrown out before continuing with the dispute! Thats why youll see the proof of the court date I was waiting on, in the attached documents at that time. I found out after that I need to have it all completed and make sure the *** cleared my account before disputing again. On 6/2/2025 is when everything cleared as I stated. I have messaged **** several times that it cleared in 6/2/2025 and that I didnt want it rerunned before than! Now they are say they ran it twice already and that it in Sambas hand now! Their no reason for You and **** to throw people back and forth like this and have to wait days in between for you guys to just send a automatic message after putting all this work in just to show YOU BOTH that my record is clear. I didnt deserve any of this! Even Checkr approved my for another app why? Because my MVR is clear! **** has been saying every single time that Samba see the update and I constantly keep getting the same exact message saying your employer needs to send it again both of you are pointing fingers and ALL of my proof is sitting in your email. You have my OFFICIAL MVR, court documents, and court withdrawals form with signatures on it!  And STILL you put no effort into emailing me other than copy and pasting the same thing over and over again. SambaSafety is fully aware of what I explain to them and **** and you consistently ignored my proof! Whether you say your following law or guidelines, the information that was provided to you was not correct and was corrected which means I should not have to go through any of this!

      Working with my employer and ***** has been so frustrating and unprofessional. I recieved the original background report that came back with an issue for a plate that needed to be surrendered after selling my car months prior. The state confirmed that the car was registered by someone else months ago and cleared my record minutes after I surrendered the plate. The *** confirmed my record was now clear and told me I was permitted to drive right away. I spoke to my employer about it and they filed a dispute instead of requesting a new background check. After speaking to many **** we finally got someone to do it properly. Because my employer messed up initially setting the timeline back, I reached out to ***** to see if they could confirm that they recieved the request for rerun of the background check. This request does not produce a ticket number on my employers end. It's been about 5 days and I have yet to recieve an email confirming they got the request. According to my employer, ***** has 5 days to do a background check for their drivers, as its not a dispute so the 30 days doesn't apply. My employer confirmed that they were waiting for Samba and it's beyond their control at that ******** record was just checked by Checkr and it came back clean. I'm hoping I can get someone to look into this as I'm losing money. I need confirmation and a timeline from Samba. I had to return my rental because I wasn't sure how long it would take. I filled out a form on their site days ago(AFTER the rerun request was sent in) and I have yet to recieve a response, only recieving an email confirmation. My employer is saying to keep reaching out to Samba and they should respond but I'm getting nothing. Can someone please get back to me about the status of the new background check request? According to my employer it was sent in May 30, 2025 around 1:30pm, so it should be completed today. Why is no one responding to forms?

      I am an owner operator. I was late in getting my DOT physical during my off time, & my license was not valid during that timeframe I did not know that. I did not receive any violations during that time as my truck has been parked & I wasnt driving.Only about 30 days went by when I realized I needed to do my biannual DOT physical. I went down & did my physical.I went to the *** and renewed my commercial license because it was getting ready to expire. My license is valid. I could literally Put my truck back on the road today. I am licensed. So obviously while my truck is parked I have a little bit of downtime & decided I wanted to **** in my spare time until the company SambaSafety sent a report to **** telling them that my license was suspended. My license is not suspended. I can literally go to the police station right now & have the police verify that. So then I decided to get a job w ********** driving for them until the loads come back, & now ********** is using Samba safety as well . My motor vehicle record needs to be re-ran because what they are reporting is inaccurate. It is preventing me from obtaining employment to feed my family. It is so ridiculous at this point that I can literally go get in my own semi truck and drive ****** pound truck down the road with 0 problems But I cant drive ***** Which is completely crazy. & now I cant deliver groceries to ********** as well. This makes 0 sense. I cant get a hold of anybody at Samba Safety. This is a shady company. If you cant speak with a person that is negatively affecting your employment then what they have to say about it shouldnt be valid. I have a right to get this fixed immediately. & if there is a class action lawsuit, I will join it. Because this is outrageous. Somebody needs to call the person in charge of this company. In the meanwhile, Im gonna go sign up for welfare because according to Samba Saftey, Im not allowed to drive. But according to every police jurisdiction in this country, I am

      04/02/2023 Samba safety send my background report for the all companies that I need drive, and I cant work any apps cause my background show Operate out of class. Ok, but I drove scooter out of class, not cars, my driver license is E category, in ** upstate I can drive any rideshare in this category. So, pls samba need to be more specific when send my background. **** and ******** blocked my account.

      Samba Safety messed up my driver's record check which is causing me issues driving for ****. The report sent to me has the wrong first name, wrong last name, wrong date of birth and lists driving violations in a ************** that I have never lived in and has thw wrong mailing address. This company is a joke!!

This company has internal issues because no one knows what is going on to get issues resolved. **** also claims they resubmitted my background check to samba at least 3 times with no avail. I have contacted a lawyer because I've been out of work for over a month because this company.

      I am rejecting this response because: What I uploaded was clear. **** couldn't get you guys to do your job so they went through a different background check company to get me back working. Your company is trash and full of excuses.
