      The reviews happened to me. I ordered a part it came in an alright state but the website had it labeled to fit my car. It did not fit. I was then denied a refund because the product was damaged. All pictures and attempts to get this sorted and they barely respond until you take measures with your payment company to sort this out. They then claim my parts are aftermarket and it's my fault it doesn't fit. Needless to say it makes me feel better that this has been the case for more than just me, but an absolute shame to see from such an influential company

      If. Could give zero stars I would have given it to them. Horrible business practice for leading me to believe that an Item was in stock instead having it ordered from the manufacturer. Multiple emails to have my money back . Never again will I be so naive to buy from your company. You should not be in business of selling products that you do not have. Liars and clearly unethical behavior regarding sales.

      I ordered a Fluidampr pulley for my ej257 engine back in June of this year and eventually am told that the shipping date would be extended another 6 to 8 weeks a month later. This, is fine. Since august 1st, I have been watching the pulley in transit through the shop app, and has been stuck at a shipping center in *************** until today august 17th 2023. I have asked multiple times inquiring on where this part is currently, and when it will arrive, or if it will arrive over the past few days with no response. I called today as something seemed wrong with the lack of responses and I got a very unenthusiastic customer service representative on the line, saying that because I didnt pay for their guaranteed shipping, that if the part hasnt gotten to me, I will likely not be refunded. This is NOT acceptable, and I have never experienced a company try to deny a refund over something that was not even sent to me to begin with. Before getting off the call, there was a note that they would look into this, but was given no confidence that a refund would be issued without alot of trouble on my doing. After this is resolved, I wont use this company ever again for any parts and services. This is shameful, never experienced this with any other parts seller. Even buying parts through private sellers on **** is 100% better than this. Thank you, and I am sorry for anyone else who experiences complications associated with buying parts from throtl.

      Terrible company. I ordered truck boxes waited two weeks and they werent able to give me any information on when they would ship. I started a refund and was informed I would be charged 5% of the purchase for a preordered item. It was in the fine print but very sneaky and scam. I hope this company gets whats they deserve and get sued into bankruptcy. Definitely buyer beware.

      Terrible company. ***** lost the part mailed to me. ******* claims they filed a lost package with ***** but I have not received my $550 part for a month and a half. Terrible customer service. Do not order from them

      They sent me a wrong part for my car and would not send me back the new part or submit me a refund. Company is fraud......they will also not answer their phone as it will always give you a recording saying they are too busy and you can leave a message. No help on their chat also because it uses AI to answer your concerns and nobody from the actual company will respond. I have tried many ways to get ahold of someone that will communicate with me from the company including ******** and no response. No idea how the ******************* allows this place to do business. Very disappointed.

      Ordered a CSF radiator for a ***** 350z product is wider and thicker than OEM. Radiator was never mounted, or installed. ****** refused to refund my order even though i have the radiator still in its plastic and original box. Terrible money grabbing company that doesnt stand behind a single thing they do. Shop elsewhere. #DownWithThrotl

      I ordered 2 Rywire harness adapters about a month ago. Not only do I not have the parts to complete a project after a month of waiting, but my order cancellation hasn't moved either. I understand these things happen in the parts industry but: they claim fast shipping times. It's the whole reason I went to their website to begin with. After doing some research I also learned I overpaid for them to begin with. Based on the other reviews of this company, they do this to everyone. I wouldn't recommend buying from Throtl at all, Avoid the headache. Poor business practices.

      I was worried sick after reading the reviews that we were scammed or would receive our product. But happily customer service was good and product came exactly as desired and quickly. Very happy.

      ***READ THE REVIEWS*** Most of us only buy to enter to win the car. Lets face it, we dont actually go to the site because we want the brand products they offer. I had order a product for the vehicle and when it arrived it was the wrong part. Not only did they state I would be liable for a 25% restocking fee, they also didnt not include a return shipping label. I ended up paying more the tax, shipping, and restocking fee than the item was actually worth. Overall poor ****** service and cheap merchandise.
