1 starMiss leading information on website, ordered set of pistons, there was no where on the page that it tells you that you will not get piston rings, I ordered a set!!!!! complete set. After talking with them, they said that they will work with dev team to update with better description... (yeah right). Order number: ****** I would never buy from them again. A week later, they have not changed the website and selling same set with out notifying people that the pistons come with out rings (same photo with rings on pistons)Review fromAndrew N

1 starDo NOT use this company. They have terrible customer service. They do not answer the phone and do not repo d to emails. They sent me 2 incorrect wheels and it has been 10 days and they have still not approved this return. No one will talk to you on the phone. If you need anything car related do not use throtl.com. 5 starsThe negative reviews really made me nervous after placing my order; however, ****** was patient with my inquiries. I received all designated parts within a week of placing my order.The only thing I would note - make sure to look closely at the page for what you're ordering. They could certainly make things more visible with a popup when something is on backorder.This 1hr of developer time to do a back-order confirmation popup would save a lot of the negative reviews on their BBB profile due to confused customers.Review fromKirk T

1 starThis company engages in bait and switch pricing practices to entice potential customers into purchasing an annual membership to receive discounted pricing. Once a membership is purchased by the unsuspecting consumer, their pricing goes up at least 20% or more on the part/s you were interested in purchasing, and by that time it's too late to cancel your membership. The complicit minions in their customer service department will tell you that they do not give refunds for memberships that have been purchased and will also claim that they do not engage in bait and switch pricing practices which is an unadulterated fabrication. The cost to be defrauded for an annual membership at Throtl is $140 which auto-renews after one year without any notification whatsoever from the company before this happens. There isn't one part that they carry on their website for my 2020 **** F-150 that I wasn't able to find cheaper and from much more reputable sources then Throtl. Avoid these shysters like you would the Corona-19 virus, you'll be hundreds of dollars and light years of aggravation ahead if you do.Review fromPatrick M

1 starI ordered an exhaust in december of last year. It said estimated shipping february 14th it is now March 14th and it still has not shipped. I understand their stock might be low, but 3 months? I ordered a cold air intake for my ******* elentra 17 limited 2.0 engine. They claimed they had the part I was looking for, half the prices of other leading retailers. I thought I had a deal! I ordered as soon as possible and received a email stating theyre getting my order ready to be shipped and will send me a confirmation once its sent. Since the order was over $100 I received free *** shipping. Over a week later, I still didnt receive a tracking # or that my part was at least being shipped. I emailed them and was told its on special order and wont be available to SHIP til 8/31/22 .. I ordered my part on 7/07/22. No where did they say that part was on special order before I purchased. I emailed them again on 8/31/22 because no one reached out.. I was then told again it wont ship till 9/11/22. I emailed again around that time and was told 10/23/22 by that time I requested a full refund.. I called emailed etc no answer. I reported them as fraud through my bank & towards the middle of November I finally received a refund from them. Please do not order or trust this company.Wheel Pros, LLC

1 starWish I could give them worse than one star. These people At throtl are outright liars and crooks. To make a long story short they totally intended on ripping me off. Contacted them through email dozens of times and filled out multiple order cancellation forms. They outright WOULD NOT send my item nor issue me a refund. Thank goodness I used PayPal and filed a dispute with PayPal who promptly figured out these guys a ***** ***** ******** and decided in my favor in a week. Do not be lured in anyway to buy ANYTHING from these clowns. If you do I promise you will regret it. They dont come any more crooked. Totally agree with every other complaint here, their website is extremely misleading, tried cancelling an order the same day I placed it and they told me it was too late. The item I ordered was listed under fits your vehicle and so I didnt bother reading all the fine details other than what was important, only to receive a part that did not fit my vehicle at all! **************** was slow to reply, often taking more than a week, only to be told I could return them if I didnt try to install them, and with a 25% restock fee, for a part that was mislabeled on their website, and they wanted me to pay for shipping! Also made the mistake of ordering a preorder item, whatever that means, and tried to cancel only to be told I could pay a fee or take store credit. Whole business is shady and lacks true customer service, definitely worth paying the extra few dollars somewhere else.Wheel Pros, LLC

I see from your phone call and cancellation request that you attempted to cancel these as they were shipping, due to making a mistake on your order. @throtl replying with lies like Ive seen to try and save face. The product ABSOLUTELY was stated to fit my vehicle, I'm not stupid enough to order, and attempt to install something that says otherwise, you replied to my email saying I should have checked the hub bore as its stated to be different than my car, not taking any blame for your faulty website information. My initial email was THE SAME DAY AS THE ***** because your listing had a picture of four, and I didnt notice it said (pair) at the very end, not at all related to fitment, I only noticed they didnt fit after I received them, and then you charged me to ship the item for return, absolute joke of customer service, notice you said nothing about your slow response times, took over a month for me to even get a return address.Review fromThisplacestinks B

Don't be fooled by this company, They process your order but not your cancellations. They'll preach about how their instant processing times allow them some great shipping speeds but if you cancel the day before it ships they won't process that. They also will tell you they're going to refund you an amount and then reduce it. stay away from this place, and make sure that ANY product you buy from them listed as in stock is not coming from the manufacturer if you're attempting to cancel because they'll drag their feet getting you the appropriate information and then make you pay all the fees associated. This place is a joke, they will always push the blame elsewhere. don't take a chance and hope to get lucky, just go elsewhere, all they do is drop ship anyway.Wheel Pros, LLC
