      Im a resident of a UDR property and its the worst living experience Ive ever had and Im 56 years old. Absolutely no one cares. Starting with the ones at the top of the chain *************************! They build these suppose to be luxurious apts to get everyone excited to move in them. They are horribly designed with cheap material but it looks fabulous. Then they approve almost everyone that applies to fill them up. If you pull up ************** apt reviews you will see what Im talking about. Your nerves stay on 10 while your at home because you dont kno whats going to happen. Yesterday there was a police shooting at the complex and nobody did anything. It happened like everything was normal. No word from management or nothing still and its the next day. I was told that the police are there almost everyday. Im just in awe. One of the girls in management told one of the tenants whose son was crying because he was so shook after the shooting to go somewhere else and stay if she felt uncomfortable. What? This isnt hearsay. I was there. There is no security and management doesnt force any rules what so ever and the complex is getting tore up . Nor do they kno anything and they lie. They just come to work and pretend to help. This is a joke of a company. A absolute joke. Something has to be done.

      Terrible apartment management company. Worst experience living in an apartment in 15 years. Unresponsive, negligent, and extractive. They dont care about their residents and dont treat you like a human being.
