If I can rate less than this I would. This company has taken months to deal with any work that has been needed on my vehicle. I am facing repossession, huge credit losses and business closure due to their inability to resolve issues with my vehicle that are listed as covered in the contract. They already don't have many places to take diesel trucks and when I have gone to the handful of places that do I have faced a mountain of problems. Those problems have been, Fraud ( ********************), assault by the owners (Also ******************** - assaulted us by hitting us with his car and I have police report) and inability to work on diesel vehicle issues correctly. The latest issue im having is that my truck has been in the shop for months and they continue to string me along for months about resolving an issue that is covered. They have sent multiple adjusters out to the vehicle to review issues. However their first inspector left no notes on the vehicle for the next inspectors. After waiting weeks for the next inspector to come out the battery on the truck has went out. Dead battery has cause the codes to have been wiped. The inspector who then came ( after missing multiple appointments due to other shops or his personal life) told us the vehicle needs to be driven until the codes come back up. How can I rive an inoperable vehicle. Even if I did get it to the point it can be driven it would cause so much damage to the vehicle that will probably not be covered by this company. In conclusion, I am going through the second time In two years where my vehicle has been in an approved shop that is listed for me to go to for months. For the second time I am about to go out of business, ruining my credit and subjecting myself to repossession all for a contract that wouldn't even let me exit the contract when I tried. They require you to send a letter to their company but anytime I have done so it has been returned. If you are considering working with them... Don't.American Auto Shield, LLC

I'm very disappointed in American Auto Shield. I taken my *** to *** repair shop. American Auto Shield was not a company of their word. Every time *** repair would call American Auto Shield they would ask for something else. *** was so tired of the run around with American Auto Shield. *** submitted pictures and everything else they need to get the car repaired. American Auto Shield would come up with another test that couldn't be performed. *** repair shop explain to American Auto Shield. *** says they will no longer deal with American Auto Shield. *** have two more clients with the same problem American Auto Shield will not pay for the service. This American Auto Shield is a rip off. I've rented a car you pay up front. American Auto Shield is not worth the headache. I would not recommend this company.American Auto Shield, LLC

I do not agree with what you stated. I informed you I would look for the paperwork it was in my car it's no longer there. I still say you are not an honest company. I feel used taken advantage of yes you're going to say the problem was previous. That's how you treat people. I will explain to anyone that you're not right. Very disappointed in everyone involved. Every one can read the reviews and for themselves see AAS is not right. You just took my money a honest person retired. People the reviews don't lie every one is not wrong. *** of ************* In don't want to deal with them either because they run every one around. About the information you give AAS. American Auto Shield is a farce. My wife's 2016 Jeep started stalling while she was driving. It even stalled on the Interstate. We took the vehicle to the repair facility in ****** **. They ran a diagnostic test and found a faulty crankshaft position sensor and a bad fuel pump. AAS said they needed service info for the past 12 months and the diagnostic results, everything was provided by the repair facility,but AAS said that there wasn't sufficient information so they are denying our claim. I don't know what we are supposed to do, my wife can't drive her Jeep because it's dangerous but AAS doesn't think so.American Auto Shield, LLC

SCAM ARTISTS.You will not even be permitted to file a claim if you need to. They talk in circles, lie, stonewall, lie, scam, and lie. I have hours of recorded phone conversations for the lawyers when the class-action lawsuit begins. Uugh! scammy jerks!!American Auto Shield, LLC
