Our records indicate your car was towed on August 23 to a ****** dealer, but we do not yet have a repair claim initiated by a repair facility on this vehicle. American Auto Shield is willing and able to work with any repair facility to adjudicate claims according to the terms and condition of your specific contract.

      My service was covered and paid. The process was smooth with one exception. They kept asking the repair shop for more/ different pictures. This went on almost 2 wks. Not necessary for a $450 repair.

      They **** ..told me my breakdown coverage would begin 20 days and 500 miles meet both qualifications and still was denied . It a big scam and I would not recommend no one use this ****************

      This experience has been a nightmare, my 2012 *** X5 has been in the shop for a repair that's cover for a solid month. Not for part but because AAS has made this claim impossible. Won't return calls and keeps lying about not receiving information sent from repair shop. Despicable behavior from this company.
