    I would give this company several zeros if there were zeros posted. They told me that there was no service provider in my area to service my air conditioner, so they would waive my $150 deductible. What a lie that is!! I paid over $400 for a guy to come out & fix my air conditioner. They said they would be reimbursing me! What a big lie that was!! I am so angry right now!! And I have called them twice to see if my claim has been processed. What a big scam this is!! Never use this company!!!

    On April 28th, filed a work order to get a microwave fixed. Armis dispatched a local business to investigate. It was determined it was cheaper to replace. Armis offered to replace it or send a check of 502 dollars. Check was supposedly sent on on May 11. Check never arrived. Made me wait 30 days to get a reissue. Filed for that on June 1. Its now June 24th. After at least 12 calls, an getting runaround I've yet to compensated. Twice I requested upper level management and was told they would call. Yet to get a call. Ever time I call in, I'm told that reissue would have to wait another 30 days.

    This Armis company is a SCAM! if you are a Contractor do not get involved with this company!, they send you out to the customer's home and even give you a claim number to check work that needs to been done and asks for an estimate to continue the work, when you call in and email your findings Armis tells you that you have to collect for your service fee and copay from the Customer because ********************** is not approving the work/diagnosis. Armis never tells you what work is covered under Customers contract, even though they know the problem they are sending the Contractor out for. The Customer gave us a credit card only to reverse the charges because they thought Armis would reimburse them for Contractor work and Armis tells the Contractor to collect from the Customer because they are not paying for work that is not approved and Armis wants no responsibility what happens between the Customer and the Contractor at this point. Armis also makes the Customer and the Contractor think that ********************** is going to pay the claim by giving a claim #. Armis only collects money from the Customer for their premiums and does not pay out the Customer's claims or Contractors work and diagnosis findings, Armis just say they can decide if they are going to approve and pay out the claim and tells you all this after the work or diagnosis has been done.Armis is a total SCAM!!! I had to give a star rating because of the bbb site would let me submit my review, but Contractors beware!!!!!!

    Had 4 breakers go out do to normal wear and tear. Home warranty company had electrical company change to thunderstorm lighting power surge so they didn't have to pay the claim.

    we are a contractor that armis called to service their ******************************** fails to pay their portion of the service call after they pre approve the service call for diagnostics. Tells us after the fact to try to collect from home owner.Recommend any other home warranty company.

    Very disappointed. After filing for plumbing repair claim it took almost two weeks for this company to tell us the item is a manufacturers defect and the warranty will not be honored. They could of told me right away. I do not have any words to tell you other than, DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. The only personnel that are nice is payment department in case you are late with payment. The adjusters are not nice nor are they *************** yourself a favor and look somewhere ******** star is not even close as to how I rate this company.

    We need to file a Class Action lawsuit against this company; they are fraudulent, they are unresponsive, they are deceptive in their practices and advertising, their customer service team is nasty and unprofessional, and they just do not care about their customers. I am going to file a grievance with the ************************* and have them investigate these folks because there is no way, all of us can experience the same exact foolishness and be wrong. I too have issues with my A/C, after 4-weeks and me nearly going after them like a headless horseman, they finally gave in. I have since cancelled my contract, loss my mother and now they want to fight with me over that cancellation of my contact in that they need to speak with me about it...I say, "go pound sand!" Ain't nobody gonna talk about no contract when they have to deal with the death of their parent, you ain't important...know that!" So, I understand all each of your complaints and know that you all are not alone. If I could rate the a "-0" I surely would...they leave so much to be desired and could possibly be a good company provided they stop doing their underhanded, out-the-backdoor style business tactics. Just a horrible group to deal with.

    It took weeks to get someone to respond to my claim, my water well went out, hard to live with no water they did not care, months later the refused my claim saying it was corrosion when the photos show no corrosion damage but the splines are stripped. no one to talk to, no supervisor
