    I'd give a zero if I could. I've had this home warranty for roughly 2 to 2.5 years. Filed 3 claims, have never been paid for anything. I have sent the last claim NINE TIMES VIA EMAIL AND FAXED IT 9 TIMES. They claim they don't get it by email, then it's "Oh, I got your statement, but not your receipt". I have sent it every way it can be sent. I've triple checked the email and fax numbers and addresses with them, and I am sending it 100% the way they tell me. I offered to mail it in but lo and behold, they can't accept that. They suggested I CALL before I fax or email it in. I've tried that, but I'm the 10th caller in que. I have a job. I can't just sit and hold the phone, but today, I did just that. I emailed it AND faxed it, then called them. It told me I was SECOND in the que. I thought, alright. I was on lunchbreak, so I held, and held, and held for 51 minutes until I had to hang up and I was STILL the 2nd caller in the que!. So, I called back and took the option for them to call m back.. It said I was 5th in the queue, but leave a number, and they'd call me back when my place came up in the que. Hasn't happened in the last hour. I'm holding my breath, surely! This company takes your money but never intends to pay you anything back. I canceled with them via fax on May 28th. I told them once my claim is paid, I want to cancel my monthly service with you. I am still being billed for it in August, even though I moved from that house on May 28th 2024. This company is a real piece of work. Don't waste your time or your money.

    After trying a few home warranty companies we decided on Home Safe, aka Armis, because their rates were better but most of all, they claimed we could choose a repair service of our liking and submit a claim without them needing to find an appropriate company for our need. They are very quick to cash or charge your credit card when you first call to make a claim. We have an a/c unit that has not been working for over a week. We called a reputable company to come assess and estimate the cost of repair. We had the repairman write up a diagnosis and cost estimate as the warranty company demanded. We even sent pictures. After 5 grueling days of nonsense on the phone with Armis, they have decided to decline the fixing of our a/c unit due to rust from age and being outdoors. We have diligently paid our monthly fee and we have gotten nothing but aggravation and frustration. After days of waiting for return calls and time wasted on hold, Armis told us that we could have had our repairman call them while they were here to evaluate the problem. A lot of good that does us now and now we must wait to get on the repair companys schedule. Do not use this company as they are unreliable and dishonest about their coverage.

    This company fixed by that I mean it broke hours if not days after being repaired each time, my moms furnace/ ac unit a few times over the years but not without extreme costs of time, money (multiple co-pays for same issue). 5 years ago in 2019 a repairman told them the unit needed replaced due to the faulty wiring issues inside. 5 years later she still has No Furnace, No AC but they still take 81$ a month from her. She is elderly and is being taken advantage of. This company prays on people who think they will help them when a appliance quits but they have denied claims on : refrigerator, stove, dryer, washer, hot water heater, and now they claim rust on the outside unit is why they wont cover the one inside. This company is a fraud and should be shut down. There is 0 reasons to deny a claim on a furnace for the outside AC condenser being rusted.. that happens in less than 5 years due to acid rain. Dont bother spending your money on this, they will weasel their way out every time and claim it was an excluded covered item. A 2018 ****** denied for age and same with the washer from 2013.. put the 81 a month in a savings and you wont have a problem fixing your own issues, all your doing here is buying mansions for people. This is completely disgusting and I will make sure I always tell everyone how they are crooks. We have paid this company for more than 6 years, thats ***** plus. They may have spent 250 so far. Its hard to find a repair Man willing to work with this company, since they will never pay the full invoice price. Leaving only one person in my moms town that will deal with them. He does subpar work, and she has no AC or furnace due to him and this company.

    I purchased this ********* insurance expecting that they will help me in case of emergency but I was very very wrong. This company is a scammer, I had a claim with them for over a month and nothing was being done. They got me going back and forth with them. Then I got this emergency, my water heater blew and they said if its over 12 years they wont cover it. I ended up spending $5000.00 just to get the contractors to come and fixed what Armis supposed to pay.

    Avoid this company at all costs. They religiously take your monthly payments and then consistently deny claims you submit. Today I cancelled my 3-year contract with them and should have done so long ago. Even THEY were surprised we had been with them for three years. What does that tell us about their "customer service"?

    Had a bad experience with Armis, I had an issue with my tankless water heater and i called Armis, they could not find a provider to come and look at my issue cause they were too far away, So i needed to call someone to come and look at my issue and pay them and get an invoice and submitted to Armis for reimbursement for the diagnostic . Then Armis would decide if they would fix my tankless water heater. So when my claim was denied which they will find away to try not pay your claim, they told me they could not even pay the money I paid the plumber to come and perform a diagnostics on my tankless water heater. But that is not what i was told on top of me having to call them for answers, all i got from Armis someone would call be within 24 to 48 hrs which they never did, three times i kept calling and was told 24 to 48 hrs I had to keep calling til i got someone to talk to me about my claims report.. so disappointed i cancel my contract, not my fault their office told me how to go about getting reimbursed for calling the plumber if their employees were not properly trained .

    Not much I much i have been waiting to have furnuce repaired for a week now .THEY said it took 24 to 48 hours for a claim to be processed now it is 24 degrees outside and 40 degrees in my house and i am still waiting for claim claim sr119246 to be processed.i did not have a good thanks giving 2023 due to no heat thanks Armis.
