5 starsI am thrilled with the end result of our master bath renovation. It looks beautiful and the guys who worked on the renovation were experienced and extremely talented. Because some products were hard to come by the process took longer than we expected, but it all was well worth the wait.

2 starsI got 3 estimates to do a partial bathroom redo. I went with Renew Home Innovations , they seemed to be straight forward & honest, That was back in November 2022, and the job is somewhat finished 2 weeks ago. We planned the estimate with a 70 inch tub with 8 jets, a few months after I said a 62 in with 8 jets would work, requested a new price with a smaller jetted tub, I was told the price was the same. I got my jetted tub with 6 jets, complained, no response. When ths job finished, the area looks nice, so I said its not painted, the walls that were damaged by the work & the new *************** are not painted. I called the owner he said we dont paint!!!Checked my contract no where did it say, exception we dont paint. Half done job.. if I say what this cost me for a partial redo, most folks would faint.. do not use this company they are not forthright and not responsive to issues changes or problems. ****** I dont get a thank you for your comment. *****************Review fromMarvin C

1 starOur small remodel project is finally doneafter eleven months!We contracted with Renew Home Innovations in June 2022 to remodel our ******************************************************************* the kitchen. It's May 2023, and we just finished the project. ?? Im amazed at the argumentative nature of the companys leadership when things go wrong. A true sign of a leaders level of maturity and responsibility. The first installer laid the new flooring on top of the existing tile creating a gap in the threshold that was covered with plastic. He also ran equipment through our coach light and left broken glass on the property without mentioning the damage. The second installer wasn't much better and brought his garbage to our home to leave in our driveway for the wild animals to drag his PBR cans and garbage all over our property. The third installer was unable to lay the new tile straight. And finally, the project manager surrendered and agreed to finish the job himself. He was the only leader acting with integrity and care. After being promised a reduction in price to compensate for the incorrect install and to put an end to our misery, I was met with an aggressive phone call requesting I make an additional payment to cover the discounted amount. My cancer journey has taught me that were here to help one another. And I hope that my story helps others make better choices. 5 starsI had a great experience with my team at Renew Home Innovations. *****, my consultant, was very knowledgeable and friendly. ******, my project coordinator, was spot on and made sure my job got finished quickly. ******, the contractor who did my bathroom, was awesome! You can tell he takes pride in his work. My only issue was the pickup of my debris bag was delayed. ****** made sure it got resolved.ReNew Home Innovations

5 starsWe are over the moon thrilled with our gorgeous bathroom remodel and our experience with ReNew Home Innovations. Every step of the process and each person we interacted with at ReNew was WONDERFUL. From the beginning, scheduling our quote couldn't have been easier, ***** who came to our home and thoroughly inspected our space was a pleasure, and ************************* the phones is a delight. PM **** was communicative and epitomizes integrity - he made sure we were happy with the final product down to the last face plate s**** (which is impressive considering this was an entire demo and rebuild project with a lot of moving parts in a ****s home...). ****** commitment to giving us a 5 star final product was refreshing and so appreciated. Every crew member who came into our home was respectful of our property, kind to our dogs, and did top notch work: ****** did an impeccable job with the demo/************** and was incredibly consultative and helpful along the way, giving us the benefit of his expertise when it came to picking tile size, grout color, etc. that resulted in a BEAUTIFUL end product. Thank you ******! He was also helped by **** and ***** at certain points throughout the process, and again, they were very respectful and skilled. ***** the plumber was a dream to have working on our project - he is clearly an expert at his work doing helpful things like taking pictures of our pipes before concrete flooring was relaid on top so we have a blueprint for any future needs, and was very mindful of all the dust and fumes produced during his process, making sure our house was well protected. We are still waiting on the glass door to be installed by the company ReNew partners with for that portion, but ******** ************** called us the day after all tile work was done to promptly schedule that service, and ****** was great to work with as he came out to do those measurements. Start to finish we are so impressed with the quality of craft and people at ReNew - thank you!ReNew Home Innovations

5 starsWe got it all when we got it all: beauty, functionality, safety and amazing acoustics for singing in the shower. The entire team at Renew made this such a great experience. ******, ******, ***** and **** were all so instrumental in giving me the bathrooms I wanted and helping me visualize what I needed.
