1 starReNew nade a stupid, rookie mistake that caused the new tub to leak into the dining room ceiling, destroying a light. I had a electrician come when the light wouldn't work, and had to have the leak fixed before I could have the light replaced. I had them back after ReNew fixed their error, and I asked ReNew to pay for the electrician and new light. They asked for receipts, then wouldn't respond. I emailed, I called, and they finally returned my call when I threatened to contact an attorney. The owner told me to get back to him and he'd have an answer. I left a message, and two weeks later, they're still dodging my calls. Very nice sales team, terrible trade, and even worse front office. Go check Yelp - they s**** over way more people than they do right by them.Review fromJames D

Very satisfied with the shower remodel. There were a few issues that came up. But ******, their customer rep, did an excellent job at making sure they were all resolved to our satisfaction.
