      It is now called SROA. Worst facility ever. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! ******* in the office is a rude B*&$# Wish it would have let me pick ZERO stars because they SUCK!

      We rent from (Never secure nor is it actually Climate Controlled):Red Dot Storage ***********************************************. We have called several times over the past couple of years concerning the security of the facility and the climate control. Neither issue has ever been rectified. Now our unit is the fourth unit within the last couple of months to be broken into. We were never notified that there were break-ins occurring at this facility. We were at the unit 3 months ago (around the end of March 2024) and at that time our unit was secure with our Heavy Duty Master Lock. When we went to the facility on 23 July 2024 between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00a.m. we observed that our unit had been broken into. We called the ******************** and we are now in the process of filing a report with the department. When the Deputy arrived he informed us that there have been multiple break ins at this facility. Why were we not informed that there was an issue? You also have someone living within the building that our unit is located. We are expected to pay a rental fee each month. That fee is supposed to provide us with a Secure Facility and a Climate Controlled Facility. It does not. We have made multiple complaints concerning the facility and nothing has ever been done to rectify the facility issues. The roads within the facility are so bad now you are actually risking tearing up your vehicle unless you have a truck or suv. There are 2 other facilities (different storage companies) that are actually Secure, Climate Controlled and Monitored 24/7, that have not been broken into. We pay $165 per month plus late fees (which i have no issue doing) because my pay has changed. I have an issue now because nothing has ever been done to rectify any issues with the property nor any compensation offered for the issues of not being secured, not being properly climate controlled, hallway lights never working, doors on the building broken for the last 2 years

      Extremely unprofessional. I have been trying to get in my storage unit for days and have been unable to get in the building because the key pad doesn't work. And all they had to say is we put a ticket in for them to fix it and I don't know how long it will be. So at this time you will hot be able to access your belongings.

      This company is badly managed, they owed me a refund but Sent me a bill instead. They also tagged a trailer I had in my rented space as unknown when I contacted them about it I was told to disregard days later my trailer is missing. In my opinion STAY AWAY

      Red dot storage is a terrible company they have outsourced customer service department you cant talk to supervisor they will lock u out of yourre unit and wont try to help and when you ask for supervisor they will not let y speak to one I am about to lose everything I have because I cant talk to a supervisor I was done terrible from the start dont get a storage room from them!!!

      I would not recommend using Red Dot storage for your personal storage needs. The security gate for our location on ********************** in ************ ******** has been open for 2 months does not close there's been people in and out of there and storage units busted open and locks busted constantly they have not done anything about it nor and they said they would although they've been made well aware of the situation several times via the phone and person that works there they have not done anything to fix it your stuff is not safe there I would not go there at all

      I rented a small unit for my daughter and her roommate to store the contents of their dorm room over the Summer. A couple of weeks before we were due to return to college, we were notified by Red Dot Storage that our unit was empty. When we arrived back in OH from the East Coast, we found our storage unit lock had been cut and all of the belongings were gone except a few broken pieces of a fan and a winter snowbrush. There was glass everywhere making it hard to drive to our unit. The facility had several dilapidated, broken down cars and many other units had visibly cut locks. The property was in very poor condition and I was not able to find any surveillance cameras once inside the gate despite the signs. The local police were very helpful, but the insurance company that represents Red Dot Storage has completely given me the run around. I would strongly advise NOT to do business with this company. Their customer service was also horrific!

      We rented from Red Dot in *****, ** and have been disappointed from DAY1. There was no one on site, as there was stated. The unit itself was decent AFTER getting a 2nd one. I had to make 3 calls just to get one rented. THEN I signed up for auto pay and it never got taken out of my bank account and they sent my husband a text and got him all wound up (about the bill not being paid) and he's the 2nd person on the account...he was very upset....we rented for 2 months just long enough to get our house finished. We gave a week's notice of vacating, I also called and told them we were moving out. We moved out 2 days sooner than I told them we would. That was the 10th of last month and we are still getting late payment notices, with threats to be taken to collections.I have called several times and they tell me that they are just robo texts that will stop when they are "caught up". IT IS not acceptable to threaten people with collection and your inability to get your job done is not our fault. We will never use RED DOT STORAGE, nor will we advocate to others for these reasons. Horrible way to do business!
