      We had around 6 units with the prior company since the late ****s. When Red Dot took over in 2018, there have been multiple rate increases. In 2018 one of our units was $45.00, now that same unit has increased to *****, and today August 31, 2022 that rate will be increasing to ****** effective November 1, 2022 thats about 130% increase in 4 years. Best of luck, I will be moving out my last two remaining units. The facility is clean, and well maintained, but the ever increasing rates make it impossible to continue doing business with them.

      If a person could give a minus 5 star review I would. I should have read reviews before renting storage unit. There are no employees working at this facility. There is no security as advertised. Security cameras do not work. Anyone with a gate code can let anyone in to access any storage shed. If you want to keep your property secure DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from this storage facility. Never seen such false advertising as this company let's on to be. Not even BBB Accredited. Very bad way to do business.

      If I could give negative stars I would. Facility gate is always broke leaving no access to the property. **************** has never offered a solution and I continue to get the run around. I have spoken with supervisors requesting contact with the corporate office only to be told they cant do that. This is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.
