I am definitely techno challenge and somehow sent my review before I was finished. I worked with **** and had a great experience and feel confident I made the right decision. **** was extremely knowledgeable but more importantly extremely patient in working with me, a seasoned senior. I also appreciated how non-pushy, calm and reassuring he was. I felt no stress and am now a happy new portable oxygen concentrator owner.!1st Class Medical LLC

******* is awesome. I called and left a message on a Sunday morning. He called me back very quickly and was extremely helpful to order a portable oxygen unit for my elderly mom.
