On June 17, 2024, I was pricing portable oxygen concentrators and had an ongoing conversation with a salesman at 1st Class Medical LLC in ********. I initially asked about inogen Rove 6 and the model 1 notch below it. The salesman thought I should get another unit that was both heavier and noisier and at one point he insisted I give him a credit card to hold the special price. He was most forceful and I felt very pressured to give in but he swore to me the card would absolutely NOT BE CHARGED until I made a final decision. I told him more than once that I was shopping around with other companies. The next morning, I informed him that I was purchasing a Rove 6 from someone else and one of my main reasons I didn't buy from him was the pushyness over insisting I give my card info. I had felt ill over it all night long. And rightly so! My bank statement in July showed that 1st Medical had, indeed, charged my credit card on June 17th. I am livid! They took $3040! Don't trust their salesmen there. I know I was foolish to give my card info but the salesman had been so forceful. I should have said no and hung up. I was a fool to give my card number to him. I thought he was reputable but obviously he lied. Just a warning to all who read this...don't give these guys your cc info. They WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT even if they have no permission to do so.1st Class Medical LLC

I needed to add an additional portable oxygenator for my comfort. ****** was very helpful and indicated that the E6 was an upgrade from the P2 version. With a coupon and additional electrical outlet charger, the final price was acceptable. The service was quick, seamless and led to an easy conclusion. 3 starsBoth people I talked to were great and couldn't be any nicer. Mu compliant is the original salesman. When he pushed the extended warranty I was told everything would be covered for any needed repairs for life so I would alwasys have needed oxygen. He neglected to tell me it would cost $90 to ship and $300 for a loaner. I now have to go 6 to 8 weeks with no portable unit. I suggest you tell customers this in the future.
