This is not the first time I have bought respiratory equipment from !st Class, *********************** was very helpful giving me explicit information on the different types of equipment that I was interested in.He never "pressured" me, he simply gave me answers to all my questions, delivery came as expected. Awesome sales staff. *************'s never once made me feel pressured into "buying now" and understood that I was getting quotes first. After asking me what my oxygen needs and usage was, he put together and explained several options to me. Most importantly, he made me feel like a person he wanted to help, not just another sale or commission he wanted to earn. I spoke with ******. She was very friendly, informative and professional. I am a retired respiratory therapist and was impressed with knowledge and explanations of the portable oxygen tank system, shipping and billing information. Her customer service was excellent in offering to get all required documentation from the doctors office and in explaining the warranty and protection plans. She will also follow up with the tracking information via email. My experience with ****** was a great one, everything went very smooth. As I was seeking to replace an older, now unreliable O2 concentrator, I requested options for various new machines that would prove durable and which would meet my needs. ****** provided a no pressure source of recommendations from which I selected the Oxlite Liberty 2. This is the third machine I have purchased from 1st Class Medical LLC and I continue to find them to be my best option for meeting my individual requirements and for offering the best available price.1st Class Medical LLC

1 starI recently (May 2024) purchased a used portable oxygen concentrator. They give a 30 day return policy. 60 days later the concentrator is not working. I have been very careful with it to make sure it continues to work properly. Beware of their selling techniques to make sure you are feeling 100% sure you trust they would never sell you a concentrator that would not work. It's bad enough people like myself do not have a lot of money to purchase a new concentrator but when you pay for a used concentrator that costs just a few hundred dollars less than a new one, it is criminal to me.
