I spoke with **** at length about getting a portable O2 concentrator for my (89yo) father who has had a rough go, medically in 2024. We needed something easier to manage than a 2.5 tank on wheels any time he leaves his apt. The 9 hr battery life will increase his ability to get out and about without a cumbersome, heavy tag a long! He is excited to get this unit and without ***** expertise we would probably still be trying to figure out what dad really needed! Eagerly anticipating its arrival next week!Thanks for all your help, ****????

I think I was bamboozled. Another senior citizen cheated. A receipt was not sent to my email. All. I got in my email was a request to place a review. I just ordered a part (car adapter) and I am unable to use it. I tried to call and return it and they told me accessories are not returnable. And I should know that because it was in my email of my receipt. So after you order your accessory they tell you it's not returnable. Perfect!! I'm 94 years old this is just what I need.1st Class Medical LLC

I had the pleasure of speaking with ****** today . I had an issue with my oxygen concentrator, she researched the issue and explain what we needed to do to take care of the issue.
