I have ordered 3 different products from 1st class med, over the past 3 ****** ****** have both been excellent products. One for home use & one for travel, & I am so far quite satisfied. I did not receive one of my canulas, but I do have many others.1st Class Medical LLC

******* was very helpful and answered all my questions..He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on a device that fit my needs..He explained the warranties and assured me that the machine would be taken care of for any kind of problem or situation .....it's so important to feel good about a machine giving life-saving O2 and I appreciate his help and guidance . mobility gives a better quality of life.thanks so much ...1st Class Medical LLC
