My initial experience with my SimplyGo repair was unfavorable. I was unable to get it repaired for over one year, but that changed with my recent call to ***************** ****** was able to get to the bottom of my problem and within a day they sent me a replacement unit with a 90 day warranty. I am so delighted that I finally got good resolution to my repair problem .1st Class Medical LLC

A wonderful product teamed together with exceptional customer service. If your needs have you looking to buy portable oxygen. You will never be unhappy. Today, we ordered a power cord as my daughter left it in the hotel in Bogata. The service-parts department was very accommodating since I was unsure what I needed to replace.Fair price, great product, teamed with great customer service.
