I needed a portable oxygen concentrator immediately, so I could continue working, after the one I owned died.**** was extremely helpful. He spent time discussing the merits of several machines, took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes of the inogen G4 I had been using, then gave recommendations for what would suit my current needs and while asking what I will need going forward. **** was pleasant, courteous, and very professional as he took my information and completed my order.1st Class Medical LLC
