O2 is like buying running shoes or a car because there are endless brands, models and stores. I was researching online and somehow that triggered a call from 1st Class. I was offered a deal and made a purchase. I ran into some difficulties, needed some different help, called the main phone line and ******************** ended up working with *****. She saved the situation on every level. I went from some really difficult issues to everything being fixed by *****. I hope this review doesn't cause her to be even more burdened with work, but every aspect that needed attention and resolution she handled. I told her and I'll mention it again, she was a gift.1st Class Medical LLC
