      **** I always know that I can count on you. From this point on I will learn *******'s method from The Wizard Of Oz. I will never go any further than my own back yard. When something like this and a person like you, I should of known the Wizard is always right. Your my best friend **** and I know my ****** now. When someone else has the right things,and know what they are and knows what will help others it's ****. That's why I said "Wizard" Keep up the good job ****. Give the Mountains of ******** a hug from me. I miss the ******************, The Castle with the Rams, ***************, The Running of the Bulls. I miss the Beautiful leaves as they turn their Fall Colors, and my favorite the Elk. I hope sometime *** and I will make it to ********, with my new Portable Machine in hand.       I bought an oxygen concentrator back in December. It stopped working in January. Since then I have contacted them seven or eight times and they never get back with me after promising a call back when they talk to a supervisor or the manufacturer, or whatever other excuse they want to put out there. I am financing this unit for $3,300. It has set in non-working condition for 5 months out of the 6 months that I've had it. They refused to help me or even call me back. I have no other choice but to stop paying for this unit, and to *** them in court

      *********************** my respiratory specialist was extremely helpful and very pleasant. He answered all of my questions regarding a POC from 1st Class Medical. He contacted my physician to obtain the prescription for the device; he contacted his manager to see that I received everything I needed for the device. He called my back a couple of times to make certain I was comfortable with what would be provided. I highly recommend *********************** and 1st Class Medical for their customer care. I have received and used my device and I am very pleased.

      Great *************************, my salesman, ******* was spectacular with his information and after I received my device he walked me through insurance reimbursement. Im very pleased!

      ******************************* was very helpful, friendly and professional. She always responded right away when I texted her.I am supposed to receive the portable tomorrow, I just hope that she stays helpful.

      I purchased a unit 1/23/2023 for $2140. It didn't work for my husband so it was sent back and I paid another $45 for an upgrade. I was told by ****** that they do buy backs so I trusted him. The second unit was shipped 2/3/2023. We used it one time so I sent it back and they received it May 3, 2023 at 9:57am. That was only 3 months and it was new condition. When I first asked about sending it back they told me I would get $700, but when I called to get the number to send it back they said it would be $600. 1 1/2 weeks later I receive a email from ********************* telling me Unfortunately the unit has no existing warranty left, we will not be able to buy this back from you. I will need to collect the return shipping of $45 so that we can have this returned. Please let me know when you would like me to reach out. Sorry for the inconvenience. I wrote her a message and explained everything then she sends me this message (So I just pulled one of our managers to review this special case. It was determined we would be able to move your offer to $500 if you are wanting to accept this offer please let me know. ) I told her I wanted at least the $600. I don't think they care about their customers.

      I was very happy with my experience with 1st Class Medical when ordering a a portable oxygen concentrator. The respiratory specialist, ****************, was super helpful and very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions, and choosing the right equipment for our situation. I highly recommend ****************

      I phoned in on Mother's Day to inquire about a Freestyle Comfort Portable Oxygenator. The phone was answered by a very pleasant young woman by the name of *****************************. She was very helpful to me obtaining a new machine. She was always polite and respectful. She did her due diligence and got me her best deal. She called my Dr's to verify that I was indeed in need of oxygen, then promptly returned my call when I had not heard back as to her getting that verification. I wish all customer service reps were as conscientious as she was. Thank you ******.

      I would definitely recommend 1st Class Medical and especially Karlee for oxygen concentrator needs. Excellent customer service, she never makes you feel like you're bothering her with even what you might consider minute questions. She works with you to help find something withing your budget. I'm glad I looked around before I purchased one.
